Can be used as fused glass mold
Works well as a mold for round fused glass pattern bars. I like the flanges for added stability when standing on end, and the fact you can get various lengths.

This is a tough item to mess up, so it's no surprise that its of good quality. A simple spool with tri-clamp ends. Welds are clean, and there are no odd markings or anything that would make it unsanitary. Well made.
