Urea Cream 40 percent for Feet with 2% Salicylic Acid, Maximum Strength & Intensive Repair Care for Dry Cracked Heels, Relief for Dry Foot, 5.29 OZ

This urea cream has become a permanent fixture in my nighttime routine! Been using it for about 3 weeks now primarily on my perpetually dry heels and elbows that seem resistant to every other moisturizer I've tried. The texture is surprisingly pleasant - thick enough to feel substantial but not so heavy that it feels greasy or takes forever to absorb. I apply it right after showering and my previously rough patches are noticeably smoother within minutes. The scent is mild and pleasant - you can detect hints of the peppermint and lavender but it's not overpowering or medicinal like some similar products. I appreciate that despite the powerful ingredients, it doesn't have that clinical smell that makes you feel like you're applying something from a pharmacy rather than a skincare product. The absorption rate is impressive - it sinks in quickly enough that I can put socks on shortly after application without feeling like I'm creating a slippery mess. One minor issue is that the cap can be a bit stiff to open, especially if you have any product residue on your hands from previous use. Also noticed that while it works wonderfully on very dry areas, it might be a bit too intensive for already normal or slightly dry skin. I've been particularly impressed with how it's transformed my heels - after years of trying various pumice stones and creams with minimal results, I'm finally seeing and feeling a significant difference in texture. The tube size is generous enough to last quite a while even with daily application to multiple areas. The ingredients list is reassuring - I appreciate that it doesn't contain parabens or sulfates since I try to be mindful of what I'm regularly putting on my skin. I've found that consistent use is key - applying it twice daily as recommended has produced much better results than occasional applications. If your dealing with stubborn dry patches that haven't responded to regular moisturizers, this intensive urea cream is definately worth adding to your skincare routine!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

My heels prior to using this took forever to use my pumice stone to do really anything. I used this foot cream and not only did it make a huge difference but you can clearly see in the picture that I uploaded the difference in my heels. Before using this, I did wash my feet before applying this cream. Once I did, I did apply socks on to ensure that the cream would soak into my feet. I felt no burning or skin irritation either. After about 15-20 minutes after applying this, it actually felt like my feet were soaking in this cream, it was a weird feeling but even the next day, my feet started to feel softer. This stuff really does absorb into my skin and as you can see, this stuff really works. The after picture was taken after using this every night for a little over a week. In just 1 week, my heels not only felt soft but I was able to remove any excess dry skin with my pumice stone a lot easier and that is what it looks like now. No greasiness residue feeling either!

I have the driest, most disgusting feet on the planet. Well, not really...just super dry and calloused. I put this lotion on my feet with socks overnight and within a week my feet are as smooth as a baby's bottom. If you have severely dry feet, don't hesitate! This stuff really works!

Have not had expected results yet. Still using it.

I have tried just about every 40%/42% Urea cream, gel, and lotion on Amazon over the years and am always looking for the moderately priced gems out there because they do exist. Sadly, this is definitely not one of them…I will say that I was impressed with the outer packaging/presentation of the item when it arrived. It was one of the nicer boxes/jars I’d received and was plastic wrapped although the box was somewhat dented/worn. The weight afvertised is, in fact, the weight of product that I receieved, which was nice- many say they are 5.29oz and when you get them they are closer to 3 or 4oz….However, the positives end there and my hopes quickly dissipated when I took off the screw top lid to the jar and there was an [obviously] aftermarket foil “seal”just laid on top (not sealed at all) with the product spilling out around the entire edge of it. Then there is the little product spoon, which I’m fairly certain by the shape and quality is a frozen yogurt sample spoon? Strange.I cannot speak to the quality of this product prior to the semi-recent rebrand (from pump bottle to jar), but noticed there were no product photos or many reviews since then, so felt the need to review this one…The product I received was thinner than any of the lotions I use- I certainly wouldn’t consider it a cream. I truly believe that- given the state of which it arrived- the seller/distributor may be cutting it with something like aloe gel or glycerin? It also has no trace of the oils it is said to contain beside the faintest scent of tea tree…I used the product as directed on the jar for the length of time specified and my skin is NO better- maybe even drier! It didn’t even produce the temporary softening/smoothing effect that one usually experiences on the first day or two of using a new product. Ultimately, it’s useless as anything other than a hydrating lotion- and it’s certainly not priced affordable enough to use as that, either…

I bought this urea cream because my winter cracked and dry feet needed some assistance. It has been working great! It's very thin and not very scented, which I appreciate. I put it on every morning and evening and my feet have gotten so smooth. I also have been putting it on my face the last several days and have been pleasantly surprised at the results. I have dry, flaky skin year round, along with congested pores (sebaceous filaments) that irritated by BHA/AHA, tretinoin, and even benzoyl peroxide. In just a few days my skin feels smoother and less congested. It does pill under makeup so I put it on my face only at night. I appreciate that it's cruelty free and this little tub will probably last at least a year - it doesn't take much!
