Very disappointed. I ordered this dog trimmer expecting a brand-new product, but the one I received was clearly used. There were visible signs that it had already been handled and used, which is completely unacceptable for a product sold as new. This is a serious quality control issue.

This trimmer is incredibly efficient making pet grooming a breeze. It is quiet user friendly and keeps pets calm during sessions. The design is great and customer service is prompt and helpful.
