Good Keto Snack
If you're on a low-carb diet, this is one of the few crackers you can eat. 8 crackers is 1 net carb. They taste and look like bird seed, but if you're hungry for something crunchy, it fills the bill. Can't say they are a great taste sensation, but you get used to them.

Great crackers
They taste even better with guacamole. The size is perfect, and they make my stomach feel better . I don’t get constipated as often since I started eating them. They do have a slightly salty flavor, so I wouldn’t recommend adding extra salt to your sides.

Yay, for savory!
I was initially concerned and almost canceled the order because of reviews. I sifted through a few and noted folks did seem to enjoy the savory ones, but not the sweeter one. I find the savory one lovely, so much so I'm going to try the other just encase it's anything like the savory. They have the consistency and the crunch of a real cracker. The texture is pleasing while I eat them, I don't get a bad after taste and actually get a nice roasted tomato herb after taste. Right now I'm enjoying it with some smoked gouda. I haven't found a favorite topping yet, but I'm excited to try and find one. This would be a nice thing to have in the pantry for a quick snack or guests, so I don't have to feel weird eating around them (the microwaved pepperoni to make chips was a bit off-putting smell wise, and honestly taste). Going to up my delivery schedule on this one. One negative I found is that the seeds sometimes get stuck in my teeth, but it's nice to have crackers on Atkins. I'm so glad I found these. 1 net carb per 6, larger than saltine, crackers. Too bad they don't make cracker sheets for sandwiches. Also for nonatkins folks, the diet changes the taste buds so folks on it are very sensitive to the taste of sweet things, herbs etc. So for me it's really flavorful, unsure off the diet. My husband didn't seem to like them better than ritz.

Taste is prohibitive👅
Forgive me but damn!!!!!! I could not spit them out fast enough and I’m a lady. Thank goodness I was alone. They are gummy, or pasty like with little flavor other than what I assume is the flax, or maybe this flax has soured. I might be able to tolerate the texture with a completely different taste, but I cannot do that taste with anything. Disclaimer: I have never tasted flax before. Truly, I apologize for this negativity, but I must be honest on this with the cost, and then the size of the bag being so small, and then the taste; deserves zero stars. With closer inspection, I believe it is completely flaxseed probably ad here together with its own oils, ingredients also include apple cider vinegar! Lord, I should’ve read the label before I got them. Here are some pics to give you an idea.
