8x4x2 raised planter bed
We received the raised bed earlier then expected, it was in great shape no damage. There were extra screws and wing nuts and it was super easy to put together. No issues what so ever. Seems sturdy, the planter size is great for what we needed and it looks great.

Very nice looking raised planters!
These are extremely well-made raised planters! Nice heavy duty steel, re-enforcement braces top and bottom in four locations. The powder coated paint will last for many, many years. When assembled, they are very sturdy! It took me about three hours to put each one together. I will not lie to you, it is very tedious work with a lot of bending, kneeling, and crouching to get the unit assembled with 112 bolts and wing nuts each. The actual assembly itself is very simple and straight forward. My wife and I are in our 60's and we needed an option that brings the plants higher up so we do not have to do so much bending and kneeling. These planters will do that for us and as you can see... they are absolutely beautiful! As hard as this was (for me) to do, We are going to order another one in a different size for another area we plant vegetables. The only concern I have with these are the four corners where they attach to end and first side panel on each side. There are gaps where every line of corrugation occurs. Since these gaps are on the inside as well, it is possible that the potting soil could wash out of them when there are heavy rains. I will need to figure out a way to seal these corners, but other than that, no other concerns and I highly recommend these.

I gave it 4 stars because mine had no instruction or parts list
It came quickly in nice flat boxes that were easy to store since I ordered 5 and only had time to put one together right away. The assembly was easy for me to do alone but needed help getting it from the garage to where I wanted it. It's too cold here in MN right now to plant. I love the size and the wood look on the outside. I bought the 8X4 2feet deep. Can hardly wait to get the whole garden put together!

Nice quality Raised Bed
The Finish on these raised beds is very good, and they are easy to put together. They are of a nice size and the panels make them modular should you need to move or downsize them. The only downside I had is that putting them together with 100s of bolts and wingnuts was eyewateringly tedious. All in all, it is a great buy.

Great for the price
If there was a 4.5 star I think that’s where I would have rated this product. My one complaint was the cross members supplied to prevent bowing on the 8x4x2 were poorly designed and thin aluminum. I can see why some premium brands opt for chains. I replaced the supplied members with some galvanized wire that I believe is an improvement, albeit a bit of a PIA to get just right. Great color options, tough to beat the price at 1/3 the competition. Requires a lot of soil!

unexpectedly impressed for a good value.
We researched materials for our raised beds for a very long time. My wife had a vision for her vegetable garden and was incredibly disappointed when we finally decided her first choice material of cedar was going to be just too expensive. We thought galvanized would be our next option but she really didn't want the look of the steel so we opted for the black. We saved (literally)hundreds by going with these black galvanized beds and we were both pleasantly surprised and impressed with the entire experience. While waiting for the order we spent a lot of time watching youtube videos about "mistakes" and the "hassles" of putting together galvanized beds, and honestly, made ourselves anxious for no reason.Putting these beds tother IS time-consuming but NOT hard. The larger 4X8 beds are easier with two people (just because of the number of screws and bolts you have to use and lining up the longer side pieces) but my wife actually did the 4X4 beds herself in under an hour each.So don't let the videos or other negative experiences scare you off. That said here are some tips I'd advise:Most importantly- the flatter your surface the better the beds are going to sit and look. We did a lot of leveling before placing the beds and you can clearly see where we did a better job than not. (I would also advise putting these beds together on a flat hard surface such as a patio, driveway, etc, then placing them where you want. It just makes lining up the pieces SO much easier)Here's what I learned from other reviewer's experiences that are worth paying attention to: the reviewer "runtails" gave great advice in saying "it is important although not immediately obvious, that the four corner pieces are oriented so the holes for the stability poles are all down" and I would not have even noticed that had I not read that review first (and probably would have ended up having to take apart and put back together pieces)I also read a few reviews talking about receiving damaged products or the material "scratching" easily. Fortunately, we received all 4 of our beds in perfect condition and because I had read about the scratching, we were very careful in handling the pieces so they didn't scratch. We even kept the plastic coating lining the pieces until they were assembled and placed and I think this helped. We purchase 4 beds for about what it was going to cost us to build 2 cedar beds and I am thrilled with how it turned out. Not only would I not hesitate to recommend these beds, but we'll also be ordering more beds next season to add. They work well and are esthetically beautiful and I can't wait to get the paths mulched and the area fenced in. As my wife noted, "this is going to look even better than I envisioned!"

Metal is great quality but it is definitely light duty
The media could not be loaded. Out of all the options available, this was the most affordable for what is received. I was thinking about building them myself, I am handy that way but pricing of materials didn’t make sense. So I took the chance on this product, a few customizations and it will be perfect.A few tips of advice:1. Read the instructions but like I show in the photos; it will help quite a bit if you put all the panels together with three screws; just to have it all set up.2. Like other reviews, if you are worried about corner drainage, definitely fill the holes on the corrugated panels as SOIL and WATER will run out(use food safe silicone or foam).3. I am not personally a fan of the Philip screws since they strip easily but also the wing nuts are horrendous. BEWARE they don’t give extras, so don’t lose them. I would rather have had them supply metal roofing screws with small pilot holes; it would help keep it water tight as well.4. It takes roughly 6 cu yards to fill depending on material.5. Although in the pictures my garden bed is empty, you can see in the video, it’s very flimsy. I have since ordered eye bolts and chains to reinforce the sides to help reduce bowing. All in all; it will work for what I need.
