Great help when planting!
Easy to use. Worked great. Very sturdy.

Used for planting potatoes.
This bulb planter is easy to use. It was used to plant potatoes. I just pushed planter into ground where it made a hole to drop the potato in. The planter held the dirt until the dirt was released back in the hole on top of the potato. Seems sturdy. Should be perfect for planting garlic in the fall.

Sturdy, Does the Job
I used this to plant several different herbs/plants that came in small containers in the hard/compact soil here in South Carolina & it held up well, showing no signs of being flimsy. It saved me a lot of time & energy compared to how I planted several other things by just using a small hand trowel. I (female) have small hands & am getting on in years, so this was a great help. It arrived next day & I would buy again.

Works best in lighter soil
I was really looking forward to this one for planting annual bulbs. This one is good but not great. Our soil is decent - dark, not packed and no clay. Using this to plant 20 gladiola bulbs caused some bending on the sides between the handle and the cylindrical part. It's still usable, but weakend now so not likely to be my go-to for those bulbs. Certainly not as sturdy as I hoped. If you have clay in your soil, this is not recommended.

Good tool. We used it to plant some iris and some gladiolas. Got deeper than one of the other tools that we tried.

What do you think I used the product for ? It's a bulb planter! I can't comment on durability yet - I have to use it for a while and that means into next spring as well. Plus I purchased them as gifts to family members. Looks like a good product and it should be for the price paid. I really am not a person who should be surveyed. Can you take me off the list for getting comments back. If I have a problem I'll let you know.
