Active ingredient for the treatment to work is the 5% Aciclovir, this is the one of the best creams with great value for money in bulk buy. Yes the tubes are big (same sort of length as lip balm stick) but filled with air as the gram is only 2 (2g) easy transport + easier to use, be careful when squeezing tube, also you only need a smidge at a time. This also helps with normal spots on face.

Bought this product as a cheaper alternative to the branded names and works just as well. You need to apply this at Lease 3 times a day to work effectively. There is not much cream in each of the tubes and once opened drys up quite quickly.
