This product is really good, I got this 3 days ago and start taking at least 9 caplets a day and I can tell the result is effective, because my body recover quickly the next day after I workout than before without taking this. Thought the size of a caplet is huge but I don't have any problem because I chew it and it is much easier along with water and for me the taste is not bad too. I highly recommend this because as what I've experience about this product is really great.

Amazing stuff! With motivation and a good diet and alot of working out this stuff will be a miracle for you, i gained 10 lbs using this for 2 months now! Its made to give you better protein absorbtion and help you recover quicker. Yes the pills are big but you can just cut it in half and take them! Well worth it!

This product is borderline fraudulently labeled. Most amino supplemnts use a naming convention that tells you how many mg of amino acid are in the product. i.e. a product called "Amino Supplement 5000" would be expected to have 5000mg (or 5g) of amino acids. Dymatize's product has 8.5mg (milligrams!) of amino acids. You can see it right on their label. I thought this must be a labeling error. After all, why put "6000" anywhere on your label if it has nothing to do with the product, right? I called Dymatize to ask. 2 weeks later they confirmed that this products has only 8.5mg of the active ingredient you think you're buying. Part of me thinks they are still just making a labeling mistake but with this confirmation from Dymatize I am going to trust them and I am returning the product. These "caplets," if they don't contain more than 8.5mg of amino acids, are giant horse pills of compressed protein powder with a minuscule trace amount of amino acids. If that is truly the case, you are better off just drinking a protein drink and not choking down gigantic pills. Bizarre.

I have a bought this bottle of amino acids several times, and I I love it. I take two with my breakfast and two with my lunch. The pills are a little big, but if you take them with a glass full of water, you will not have any problems swallowing them (one first and the other one after the first one has gone down). This pills make you feel energize to do your workouts and the price is just fine. I recommend it to the people who needs supplements and who go to the gym regularly.

Everyone keeps mentioning how big these are, so I provided a photo for reference. One side is scored and they easily break in half with your hands. They are thick (see tablet turned to the side on the left). I have no problems taking them when broken in half and with lots of water. They are chalky in texture, so you do want plenty of fluids to wash them down. But you should be taking these with at least 16oz of water anyway. So far, I am really pleased with these - especially for the price!

Despite the fantastic packing of amino acids in these, I seriously doubt their ability to dissolve and absorb. These are seriously massive tablets. I did the warm water test and they hardly dissolved around the surfaces within an hour, and hours later I checked back with it and it hadn't dissolved (even after stirring the water). Of corse this doesn't account for the acids in your stomach, but it's well known that this gives some indication as to whether the pills will dissolve in your stomach.Unfortunately, I think for anyone to reap the benefits of the packed aminos in this product, you need a pill crusher. They don't taste too horrible when crushed and put in water, but considering you need 3 of these hefty pills you'll be gagging down this crud down around 4 times daily (with breakfast, before and after workouts, before bed). Before and after my workouts, I just crushed them up and put them into my respective pre workout and post workout mixes and it was fine.If you plan to take them the conventional way and risk having them sit in your stomach, it's nearly impossible to gulp down these 3 hefty pills at once.

This is my second time using this particular BCAA supplement. I take 3 pills per day prior working out and have found that it helps to provide sustained energy in the gym. I think this is a good value given the profile on the label and the fact that you are getting more than just the 3 essential BCAA's found in many other products. The pills are a bit large so be aware of that if you have issues with swallowing larger type pills.
