Good, medium size for sourdough loaves

On the smaller size but good enough for sourdough

I make bread loaves with 500g flour and 70%-80% hydration. A lot of the baskets sold on Amazon are too small for that amount of dough, especially if you accidentally overproof your dough a little.This basket works well. Personally I don't use the liner, I've never really seen the point. To clean between uses, it's easy enough to just scrape out excess flour and it's ready to go again. I like it enough that I bought a second one.
