Effective ar giving you that awake feeling and flavorful, but a bit thicker than other flavors. Does the job and adds a noticeable strawberry-mango taste to water, though it thickens the drink more than the dragonfruit-lime variant I’ve tried. If you like a fuller-flavored mix this is a good option; if you prefer a lighter, more subtle flavor, try a different variant. Still convenient and portable for workouts or busy days.

I used to drink two Reigns, Bangs, or Rockstars a day. I switched to drinking two packs of Celsius powder a day. The changes have been amazing. Over the last 6 months I've dropped from 230lbs to 185lbs. I can't say for certain Celsius is the cause, but this all started when I switched to it. With no changes to my exercise routine. My theory comes from the fact that the vitamins in Celsius are more geared toward metabolism boosting than the other energy drinks.
