This case is very portable and a great value for keeping Insulin when you are out and about. It is small to keep in your purse or carrying luggage. The case is well built and rugged. It holds temperature which provides great stability for the contents being carried. Highly recommended as we have bought multiple cases for the family.

Très compact je traîne mon insuline partout et j’en ai 2 types une rapide l’autre lente et tout entre dans ce petit étui! Seul chose ennuyante peut pas trouver de contenant en plastique pour les aiguilles comme celui fourni au départ, ça serait agréable d’en avoir en remplacement!

I bought this for my husband; he's a type 1 diabetic and needs to take two pens with him everywhere. I chose this one because of the little plastic container that came with it for the pinheads, but once you put the pens and alcohol wipes in, the plastic container with the needle heads doesn't close. So I can't give it five stars, but he does use it, and it is better than nothing.

This works exceptionally well! Perfect to fit in mens pocket or a purse. I’m so pleased with ease of use and portability!

Haven't really used it as a cooler, but as a case in general it is good. The structure inside of all the fabric is plastic and so it won't turn to mush if you need to wash it. Has space to hold quite a few pen needles with two insulin pens. Easy to clean.
