Adult Electric Scooters with 750W Peak Power Motor 20 Mile Range & 18.75mph

We love this scooter. I can fit two kids, sometimes three if they are small kids on it with me. My daughter can fit on the front seat and she’s four. The front seat wouldn’t work well for kids much bigger than that. The battery is great and I can ride it all around my neighborhood. The only negatives would be that the instructions were terrible and it came with a link to a video and the video was just as bad and not helpful so I had to pretty much figure it out on my own. While I am driving, if I let go with one hand, the front end will shake so I have to keep holding with both hands. Also, the light on the front keeps coming loose and tips over but I just keep tightening it and it’s not a big deal. It gets going pretty fast, but does struggle to go uphill especially if there are multiple people on it. My boys Segway scooters do better going uphill than it does. But honestly for the price, I think it’s worth it and serves my purpose of getting it to take my kids to and from school and ride around my neighborhood.

This product was relatively simple to put together, it took me ( an inexperienced person) about a half hour as it was nearly all assembled in the box. I love how easy it is to ride, it's also comfortable even when my daughter sits on the back. I have taken it on short runs to her school store about 1.5 miles, the front can hold a basket is perfect for getting the essentials which i added on since it had the brackets already there. I have also done a few long trips 10+ miles back and forth to work on base, and enjoyed the ease of using the scooter over my car or bike around base. It is surprisingly easy to control even with higher speeds. I love this scooter even my husband a large adult ( 6ft 280lbs) it hits tops speeds without issue. I would HIGHLY recommend this product to anyone looking into it, it's a fantastic value for the price. Comparatively, I had a harley style E-scooter that went similar speeds that was 5x the price and it was not nearly as comfortable, not as easy to ride, and not as easy to move around. I would choose this scooter over any other Electric scooter, bike, or anything else.

The handle bars are not adjustable and for me balancing with kids actual on those extra seats is not done with ease. I can't say anything about it's performance cause I haven't had it but a few days but it defiantly wasn't what I thought from reading the details. And it doesn't have highest mile range like it also described so just saying it could be a great scooter but you defiantly want to study up on them more before paying for it... oh plus when I requested a return the same day... they say yeah sure sgip and handling on you thou ands it's. $ 303.00 which is only 70 bucks less than what I payed for the whole scooter.

This is actually my second electric scooter/bike from Eilleo. The first one has been working perfectly — my spouse uses it regularly to take our kids to and from school without any problems. We’ve been very happy with it. With the second scooter, we unfortunately experienced some issues shortly after purchase. However, I want to highlight that the customer support team was very responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. They sent replacement parts when needed, followed up consistently, and worked with me until the problem was fully resolved. In the end, the scooter is now working properly,. I truly appreciate the effort to make things right. Based on my overall experience — especially their commitment to customer service — I would recommend Eilleo.

A great scooter to ride around and customer service is amazing. The 500 w has a hard time going up inclines with me and my son on it so I would buy a higher wattage. The manual of how to put it together and video need to be updated to the right model sent.

Assembly time took me just under 2hrs. The videos were helpful but I wish they wouldve showed every step of the process rather just the more difficult parts. It’s a fun scooter to ride, I enjoy it and so does my 5yr old. I specifically chose this product because the seating for extra passengers. The scooter goes a decent speed. I do not feel unsafe going top speed on it with my 5yr old. She feels comfortable as well and even asks for me to go faster sometimes. You probably don’t want to rely on this in tough terrain bc the shocks aren’t all that great. The street, sidewalk, dirt and low grass all work just fine. It maintains a good charge and it has a horn as well as a front headlight. The horn definitely does its job and alerts. The sound is exactly what you’d want a motorized scooter to sound like if needed to use it. If you are looking for something that goes fast like those Byrd scooters this is not the scooter for you. But if you’re looking for an easy commuter for shorter distances than yes this is it! I take my daughter to school on it most mornings and to the neighborhood parks. It also folds down on the neck to fit small spaces. It fits just fine in my Hyundai Tucson. I’m really happy with this product especially for the price.
