M6 Gaming Chair, Ergonomic Office Chair with Ventilated Heating, AUTO Dynamic Tracking Lumbar Support, 6D Adjustable Armrests and Footrest

I have had a lot of chairs in my 62 years for gaming. I only had one that was pretty good and it was from Staples believe it or not. It was comfortable, had adjustable armrest and was QUIET. Well this one just BLEW that one OUT OF THE WATER. I bought this one a few months ago and didn't want to review it until I had it for a bit because we all know how "great" the new chair is until you actually use it for a week lol. Well this one you can bank on as its as close to perfect as I have ever had. In fact I had to learn how to use all the features and dayum, these features are nice. This chair is QUIET and I weight 200 lbs and can physically fall on it and it won't snap or creak!!!!! The headrest is crazy adjustable, the foot rest is solid and comfortable. The cooling is only air but it does what it says it does and does it well. The heater, well it effing heats!!!! Love it!!!! You need to plug the USB in to work or do what I did and bought a small power bank. The heater is efficient as I have only charge the small power bank once. It fits in the pouch in the back of the seat. Now for the best bit. I am a gamer and armrests are important when you play with the mouse and keyboard. You can adjust these I swear a million different ways and makes the gaming enjoyable and much less fatiguing!!!! I can not say enough good things about this chair. I guess I could say its a bit stiff when you first use it but give it some time to soften up with use. It was easy to assemble and all the tools etc are included to get it together! Only time will tell if it will last for a few years but right now I am extremely happy!!!!

The chair is ok. It has good features but the seat is a little stiff for my taste. I dont have the one with the built in massage back. But I really dont think its worth the $699 I paid for it.

I was hesitant to spend so much on a chair, but now that I work 100% remotely, investing in a quality desk chair has become a necessity. The first thing I noticed was how smoothly the wheels roll compared to my previous chair. It may seem minor, but when you're pushing your chair back and forth all day, it makes a big difference. The seat padding is impressively thick and comfortable, which also explains why the chair doesn’t lift as high as some others I’ve owned. One unexpected benefit is the adjustable armrests. I didn’t think I’d use that feature much, but I find myself utilizing them often. Contrary to some complaints, I don’t think they’re too hard. They’re not hard plastic; they’re sturdy yet comfortable, and I appreciate their durability. Another feature I didn’t expect to use as much is the heating and cooling option. Since I’m alone in the house during the day, I keep the thermostat on an energy-saving setting, which can make the house too warm or cold. The heating and cooling functions are fantastic for staying comfortable without having to adjust the temperature for the entire house. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase. I gave it four stars instead of five due to minor quality issues, such as the rubber around the buttons peeling off and the lumbar support not working as smoothly as I’ve seen in other users’ videos.

overall, it's a pretty solid option. The chair offers good support, especially during long gaming sessions, and the adjustable features make it easy to find a comfortable position. The cushioning is soft enough but firm enough to keep you supported for hours without feeling too stiff or uncomfortable. Assembly was straightforward, and the materials seem durable, though time will tell how it holds up over the long run. The design is sleek, and it definitely adds to the gaming setup vibe. My only minor complaint is that the armrests could be a bit more cushioned, but that's a small issue compared to the overall comfort and build quality. For the price, this chair does the job well and is a great addition to any gaming setup.

Updates: Seller provided great service, fixed all the issues. No ergonomic chairs are perfect, but this is as close as it gets, with some cons unfortunately. Pros: most of it are premium quality, well detailed and tech heavy. arm rests can be adjusted to many angles, headrest is top tier, air conditioner and heater, they both great and cools/heats fast, lumbar support is also top tier, the whole thing is like a luxury car seat with footrest (I recommend getting footrest) Cons: few screws were missing and some of them are old screws, that one spring had in it, few black screws were replaced with white screws which doesn't fit as well as they should, parts were either previous used extensively or just not made by the manufacturer directly because it should say which sides they go (R or L), screws again, they were misplaced, had to take them out and replace them, a few things were broken as well but they don't impair chair's functions, assembling it took so much time because of these problems even though I have dealt with many ergonomic chairs over the years. Notes: These are not big deal for me. I like working around the imperfections, all I need is the chair to be functional but I thought of letting the average consumers know what they should expect from this product. I am keeping this chair regardless. It's good.

Update: There is a flap on the back of the chair and almost any power bank will power the fan or the heater. They should've included this information somewhere on the instructions or marketing material. I bought one and loved it so much I decided to buy the PRO version.... as a very overweight person, my back is in HEAVEN right now. I have tried so many chairs, some of which are THOUSANDS of dollars. I have found my perfect work chair. I never imagined some of the other features that this chair has, but most importantly it is WELL BUILT and extremely COMFORTABLE! This is not a waste of money, it is not a gimmick. The materials used in this are the real deal and it even smells good out of the box. The directions are HUGE and extremely easy to follow. I would give this chair five stars and encourage them to get in contact with my employer so our technology department can be refitted with something like this wonderful product! They could save money and we could work in total comfort. I like to sit forward and get stuff done in this, it's an ACTIVE chair. The fact that you can also lay back and take a nap is not lost on me however.... I am not sure how often I will use this, but maybe one day I will be watching a long video and remember to kick back! Looks good but other than upright there is no comfort at all and the leg rest is way too low. When extended it strains the lower back. The Arm rests should be more adjustable where the elbow is it should extend further back past the elbow so when you are leaning back more your elbow is not resting on the back edge. No cushion at all its like you are sitting on a board. The USB connector for the fans etc is way too short to be practical so you will need an extension and don't forget not to spin the chair around so the cable will get caught. The switches should not be paced where you are sitting as your leg may push the buttons. Assembly of the chair was pretty straight forward. This is best as an upright gaming char only so forget about getting comfortable in any other position. Update The seller contacted me and wanted to resolve the issue immediately and did so without question their customer service is impeccable and for that reason alone I would recommend their company to anyone.

The chair itself is fine, but there are a few things that I feel are pretty obvious design flaws that you should be aware of before buying. All listed in the cons below. Pros: -Seat/back is generally comfortable, though a little hard. The hardness tends to be just like all gaming chair. -Heat/cool features work great - my room can get really hot in spring/summer, and the cooling on this seat has been great for that so far Cons: -Armrests are hard and not comfortable over a workday or gaming session more than a couple hours -Power cord is USB and only about 18" long - you will most likely need a USB extension cable to plug this in -Seat is pretty narrow - image of robot sitting in the "Air Conditioned Seat" (4th picture as of this review) is deceptive as it makes it look like the seat is wider than it is, which leads to the next problem: -Power buttons for heat/cool are ON TOP OF THE SEAT, right next to your right leg. So unless you are the thinnest person who never moves around, you will likely be unintentionally hitting these buttons as you sit in the chair. The button is also easily activated by pets that sit in your chair. I've had the chair a little over a week and I keep finding the heat and air on in the morning because my cats jump up in the chair, to the point that I have to unplug it at night. For me, it's hard to recommend this chair right now because of the issues above, especially at its full price. Edit: I will say that I was contacted by customer service after my review, and they were pleasant, responsive, and overall good to work with. No issues at all with CS.
