I had heard a lot about mushrooms but not really tried them before. I saw an advert from another brand that showed the health benefits and the drink they made looked really cool. It was pretty expensive though and I couldn't bring myself to buy it. then I found this one that had a few less ingredients but all the one's that I thought I needed. You just need a flat teaspoon full one to three times daily. I have found i only need it in my coffeed in the morning and it definitely perks me up and makes more focussed on tasks where I would normally get tired by lunch time. So, really impressed and at this price was definitely worth the money too. Oh and it tastes good and mixes well in coffee too which is perfect.

I have UC which is an IBD so I’m always looking for new ways to supplement on my diet so my body has the nutrition it needs when I’m having a bad day with solid food. But a lot of companies are putting sweetener in their products now which means I can’t touch them as sweeteners cause inflammation for IBD sufferers. I was so happy to find this brand and now won’t use another. I add it to my morning coffee or I do a cacao mix (both roasted or ceremonial depending on how I’m feeling) with it as it has a chocolate like smell to it, so it blends so easily. I’m on packet number two now and I’ve noticed a huge difference my focus at work, I’ve been more chilled out, stress is not effecting me as much as it was before and my rational and realistic thinking has been better (I lost a creative grant at work and just shrugged it off, well as before it would of effected my entire day pretty badly) and had far more energy than I’ve had in a long time. And on a plus, this is far more affordable compared to other brands too. Im really glad I found this but I just wish this company removed the sweetners from its other products lines now so I can see if their other products are any good.

Packaging is safe and secure but it is difficult to get a measure out through the narrow opening when you get closer to the bottom. The supplement taste is better than others tried

I was really worried that this wouldn't be nice at all, but I was very pleasantly surprised. You wouldn't think it was made from mushrooms at all. When you open the pack it smells like a coconutty hot chocolate powder. It looks like chocolate powder too. It isn't as sweet as hot chocolate and the taste is not as strong as the smell which is a bit of a shame. I add it to hot chocolate instead of my usual morning coffee and it adds a hint of coconut to the flavour which is lovely. I'm not getting any caffeine cravings through the day or that early afternoon crash which is brilliant. I seem more focused and my energy levels are much better and steadier throughout the day. I haven't tried any of the more expensive brands of mushroom powder but in all honesty I don't feel the need to after trying this, plus it has a greater variety of mushrooms in the blend. I love it and wouldn't be without it now. Even better I don't have to wait the 5 minutes for my coffee to brew in the morning!

Tried this as a more affordable option to Lions Mane coffee. I had high hopes, given that the coffee was extremely effective, and this contains more types of mushroom in comparison. You only get what you pay for springs to mind. Great price, and it is okay; concentration is better and mood slightly improves, so it definitely helps. However, the taste is awful. It smells like chocolate protein powder which isn't amazing, but tastes like you're eating cardboard with a hint of acid. I mixed it with milk (expecting a protein shake type drink, which it certainly didn't taste like!). I also tried it in a sugar free caramel latte, which was in improvement, but it still altered the taste in a negative way. Overall its okay; not amazing but works to an extent.

Some mushroom supplement super blends are really expensive. I found this one, and it was affordable. It taste great, if you can really say that it has a taste at all. Works in coffee. I haven’t tried it in tea, but I have put a spoonful in some hot water and chugged it with my vitamins. I haven’t used it long, but I’m hoping that after using it for sometime, I’ll see a difference in my energy levels. Time will tell.

Whilst I stand by the fact its vile. The energy it gives me is 100% worth the awful taste. _________________________ The taste is vile. The others saying you can mask the taste- you absolutely can't. It made me gag. Plus the packaging is ridiculously big. I gave it 2 stars because I felt mean giving it 1. Plus I do think it might have helped my energy but it’s early days and I don't if I can bring myself to drink anything with this in again. Apologies to the people who made it- I really wanted to like it 🤷🏻‍♀️

Guter Geschmack, vielseitig verwendbar. Wichtig: Mit kleiner Menge (z.B. ein Viertel Teelöffel) anfangen, damit der Darm sich daran gewöhnen kann. Passt sowohl zu süßen als auch zu herzhaften Lebensmitteln.

Hilft Super diesen Brainfog los zu werden. Bin viel fitter in Kombination mit anderen Supplements. Bin fokussiert

Habe ich bestellt da es so gesund sein soll, ich habe es im Cappuccino aufgelöst, leider schmecke ich den erdigen Nachgeschmack raus und mir wurde übel davon, ist nichts für meinen Gaumen, Gesund hin oder her….
