Received the product last week and finally got time to using it this weekend.. around an hour after turning on the machine, there was a plastic smell coming from the machine and saw the inside of the machine melting and the cable coming out from the bottom of the machine and the whole machine got very hot..

The individual containers are great and it is a compact unit. That being said I have had no luck making a batch of yogurt yet. It may be that I am lactose intolerant and am trying to use with coconut milk and yogurt starter that is vegan and lactose free. The instructions may have well been nonexistent so I have been relying on recipes and tips found on the internet.

Super easy to use. Worth the extra couple dollars for the digital timer.

Encuentro que la yogurtera se sobrecalienta y no fiene Luz para ver los numeros. Al menos ponerlos en rojo para poder verlos bien. Pero creo que todas las yogurteras se sobrecalentaran dado al acero inoxidable que tiene alrededor. ¡Asi que paciencia!

It is a great yogurt maker. This is our first attempt at making our own yogurt and the machine worked wonderfully and we loved the outcome. It was easy to do and we are getting ready to make our next batch!

I tried the product once with vanilla bean It was OK the machine work great I think the recipes need a lot of tweaking
