I was allergic to this brand, which made me break out in a rash
So this brand triggered an immune reaction / allergic reaction. I'm usually fine with Pumpkin seeds oil capsules, but for some reason this one caused inflammation rashes on my body.

Seem to be working
I'm mid to late fifties and was finding I was getting up for up to four times for a wee during the night. Someone recommended Pumpkin seed oil so I ordered a 3 month supply of 1000mg capsules. These cut my night time loo visits down to two. So then I ordered these 2000mg capsules and I've been taking them for two weeks. I've just gone my sixth night in a row without the need to get up during the night. Hope it carries on.
