I've been using this for a few weeks now. So far, when I skip a few days, I feel more pain in my body and less energy so I'd say its good quality and effective! It's green and thick so you need to shake it well before use. Serving size says 7 droppers but maybe that's because the dropper only fills a bit less than half... The taste is sweet and earthy so I don't mix it, just take it straight and then chase with water. Easy to use and perfect for travel.

almost all mullein is 2800 mg per serving, this brand didnt advertise that theirs is only 300 mg per serving at a premium price., Always check your ingredients before buying.
