Cursor buttons don’t work properly
The cursor buttons are stiff & do not work predictably - you have to press really hard & even then, they work less than half of the time. It also feels cheap & unlike the original, probably wouldn’t survive a decent fall onto a hard floor.

Some buttons don't work
Bought 2. Heavier touch than the genuine Sony remote. One works fine, but on the other the ring of cursor keys (for up, down, left, right surrounding the select button) don't work. They all go down, making it impossible to use the program guide.

Shocking quality. Came used, text rubbing off, covered in grime that looks similar to make up. Not worth the money.Waste of my time. Having a full refund is not enough.
