nice and thick, really comfortable on squats. For like memory foam, soft and squishy which then holds around you. I found the bar to be more stable than my old foam roller. Velcro straps are good, just a fiddle to put back in the bag after a squat session ! Great pad, really pleased with it.

I was looking for a barbell pad as it hurts to have the bar against my shoulders, I’ve been using this item for a few weeks and it’s now an essential for me to take to the gym for legs/ glutes day!! It’s very comfortable, easy to put it in the bar with the straps and you can adjust how tight it is to the bar. It also fits different sizes of bars!! This comes with the barbell pad itself, the straps and a bags that fits in it perfectly to keep it organised. I would recommend it and it’s great for the value!

Good quality foam. It is thick enough to prevent my hips from getting bruises from the barbell weight. I've been using it for a while now and it hasn't lost any of the shape. Big thumbs up.

Best thing I’ve bought for the gym. Makes squats so much easier. Comfy and the straps are great and wee bag for travel.

It arrived quickly in a bag with a stripe that makes it easy to carry. The material of the pad is softer than it looks in the picture, a pleasant surprise for me. It also hold on to the bar firmly and won't slip. My neck doesn't hurt anymore now when i am doing squats using the Smyth Machine. Would 100% recommend this.

The pad was very useful and did the job protecting my hips when it came to hip thrust. The dimensions are just right and it fits fine around a standard thickness bar (though it is starting to loosen after a month or so's workout, but that's to be expected)The bag that it comes with on the other hand, hasn't faired so well, the rope that allows you to carry it over your back snapped at the bottom after two weeks (I was doing nothing more robust that carrying it cover my shoulder in the gym as modelled in the item image - I felt quite fashionable, truth be told).Then week after that the fabric around the top of the bag where the string tightened frayed away, as picture, which now makes it quite difficult to get the pad out of the bag.

This bar pad is awesome! I use it for squats and hip extension. Since I don't have the greatest flexibility in my shoulders and arms (yet) for my squat. This helps so much. For my hip extension, I feel like a get better range of motion. It keeps the bar from digging into my hips.

Inutile dire ke x Lo SQUAT è l'ideale anzichè l'asciugamano arrotolato. Ma ottima è la fattura e comoda l'impostazione. La rientranza x il collo è perfetta e al tatto è piacevole. La uso da un anno. Insostituibile.

Die Lieferung kam schnell an und das squatpad machte einen guten Eindruck. Im paket war ein squatpad, zwei klettverschluss halterungen (um das squatpad an der hantelstange zu fixieren) und einer kleinen tasche. Das Material scheint auch gut zu sein, bis jetzt (habe es seit mehr als 3 monaten in benutzung) ist noch keine abnutzung sichtbar.Ich benutze das squatpad ausschließlich für hip thrust. Die Langhantelstange tut selbst bei 110kg nicht weh. Das pad ist für diese übung wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man blaue flecken vermeiden möchte.Für squats würde ich es jedoch nicht empfehlen, da es zu dick ist und nicht gut für die richtige Ausführung.

La he probado y la verdad es que va genial, es suave, bastante gruesa y te protege mucho de la barra, la curva que tiene para el cuello es muy buena. Me ha gustado y llego el día indicado.
