I purchased several household microneedling pens, and I must say that this one truly stands out as the most powerful. When paired with my slightly sticky serum, it works like a charm. The whole package is so valuable to me. It costs me double amount of money to have microneedling done only 1 time at my local spa. The pen is good bit it only goes 1mm deep! My concern is I’ve been looking to see how I can purchase the cartridges and I can’t find any! If that’s the case, I’m returning. The seller doesn’t sell cartridges separately!!!

I’ve only used this once and noticed improvements with reduced deep wrinkles and also the dark circles under my eyes are lighter. I used with pure hyaluronic acid. This picture is before and the next day after the first use. I’m excited to see results after several uses!

The canister that contains the liquid does not slowly release its contents. I set it for the lowet output and it was pouring out as I used it.I'm going to just use a normal microneedling pen and a syringe for the liquid
