It is real PNG Gas Stove and fine gas stove
It is real PNG gas stove, as I connected this PNG Gas stove with PNG gas pipe line, Gas Stove did not ON, flame not shown, I put up this stove for return, and also I contact to Surya flame company, Company immediately response to my complaint and next day by 10AM their macanic attended complaint and resolved my problem and then I cancelled return. Actually what happened, where gas pipe connect, there a plastic cap was filled, a small piece of that was broken and inserted inside so gas was blocked, and that was solved by company macanic

Nice
Using for almost 6 months now . Worked fine till a week back when glass top shattered. Call customer care who couriered a new glass and executive came and replaced . All in warranty without cost . So satisfied

Misleading information about installation
We installed and flame is too High i called customer service they said you have to do installation by us which will cost you 450 and if they are giving two year warranty and I already installed the gas but flame is not right why they are asking for charge. Please clear the issue

Not received as per display mentioned as PNG
Product looking good but in display mentioned PNG gas stove but when I connect in PNG pipe flame ๐ฅ not coming.... not satisfied in first impressions it is working with extra jugad as both nozzle changes by me then working.......how we have to change nozzle while in display clearly mentioned for PNG...?
