Very Reliable
Highly recommend if you have a senior living on their own. We purchased this for my mother several years ago. Tech support is fantastic. Our mother had several falls and the unit was able to detect her fall and call EMT for her along with her family.

Works well in most areas, with the exception of more remote locations where the signal is not strong enough. But for those of you who live in a less remote area this is highly recommended and will function perfectly.

Service for broken parts
Belt clip broke 2nd time I touched it . Do not know how to get a replacement clip. Would like information on how to get one.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FOR A LOVED ONE
Bought this for my older mother who has falls, As I got all the data in the computer to active it, and received an error message that read: "We are experiencing technical difficulties. Please try again or call customer service for further assistance." So, I called customer service to be informed by a recording that they work Monday-Friday 8-5 PST. IT'S SUNDAY AFTERNOON. Because Monday is a holiday (Memorial Day) I wont be able to set it up before I leave town Tuesday.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS.

great product hassle to get activated.
While I find this to be a pretty great product product it was over a 2 hour hassle to get activated. It says you can save 10 dollars by activating online. Good luck with that! I could not. I had to call to activate. Had a hard time even opening a account! let alone the app was also very frustrating. After all that I find this product really great. The GPS is accurate and the one button 2 way call is loud enough and is answered quickly. I bought this for my mom and am alertetd anytime the button is pushed. I can see on the map in the app iwhere the device is and can see the battery level. It also tells the person with it when the battery is getting low. Happy with this!

It absolutely works.
My 94-year old mother fell and the device connected her to help as advertised. Fortunately someone else was with her. We ended up calling 911. This is the day I had lived in fear of. The device indeed correctly identified a fall. An excellent purchase.
