It's really well made (though a little more slop in the drive mech than I would like to see) it is a bit too heavy, and the button placement requires you to hold it in an unnatural way, but you get used to it after a bit. Would be best if the button was 2" from the tip, rather than more than 1/2 way to the back (it makes the grip location useless, you can't hold it in the lower area at all), but the speed is nice, and the power is a perfect cutout for screws in plastic, as a dad of 2 I am constantly taking apart broken toys and either fixing them or silencing them (like popping a small resistor on a overly loud speaker) this makes that work easier, I do wish they had longer bits or an extender so you can get to some of the deeper screws.

I bought my first es21 about a year ago and fell in love. It’s by far the strongest electric screwdriver I’ve ever used. I got bored and decided to take it apart like I do a lot of stuff, well I broke the display and was immediately upset. I placed an order for a new one not 30 mins after I broke it. All the good things aside there are a few things that annoy me, the magnet is strong enough to keep the bits in place but not strong enough to keep a small screw at the tip. Not a deal breaker but it is annoying. The next thing is with the unstick feature on it which jolts the head a bit in the opposite direction to unbind the bit from the screw, when you use the unstick feature at the max torque limit it never engages. Very minor things Other than that, the battery life, torque, and build are all excellent

Es15s now is slightly quieter and the gearbox is slightly more precise. It also turns slightly faster. It's just a slightly higher quality version of the ES-15, and with the right firmware it does wonders. Sold as Used-LIKE NEW however the unit was not even in working order! It’s an electric screwdriver and the motor and LED light are dead, tested all the settings and made sure. Not to mention that there were bits missing, I don’t think this was even checked before

I purchased this 2 years ago (The ES120 Plus). I work at a small electronics repair place and focus on phones and tablets, and it's been amazingly effective there. I should note that the first one I got was a dud, but they swapped it with no issues. It looks like they upgraded their listing to the new ES15 - a coworker recently purchased one, and they basically took the same design, and made everything a bit better. The battery lasts much longer, the torque options are better, and there's even a flashlight now. They didn't even raise the price. If you do significant amounts of work with lots of small screws and want something better than a $50 Wowstick, this is highly recommended.

I ordered the ES121 from YKEY who ship direct from China. The only option is free shipping with no tracking number but it arrived within about 2 weeks. Photo 4 of 7 on their product page shows that a nice carry bag is included in the price but when my package arrived it did not contain the carry bag. Unfortunately the screwdriver arrived with a completely dead OLED display! The rest of the electronics and motor worked correctly though. The display had the standby image permanently burned into the OLED so it may have been left charging for a very, very long time - very odd for a new unit - I wonder what could have caused this? I noticed that pin 5 (the OLED ground connection) is soldered to a very large ground plane which could have resulted in a dry joint on the flex cable and if that had lost contact it might have destroyed the display. I contacted YKEY by email but they did not respond until I contacted Amazon support. By then I had already contacted minidso support who responded very quickly and offered to send me a replacement OLED display via express mail. The replacement part arrived within 6 days. I am therefore very happy with the manufacturer's support, but not at all happy with the seller YKEY - though YKEY had been in communication with them so they have close ties. I unsoldered the battery and OLED using a hot air rework station and soldered in the new part (using my TS100 from the same company 🙂). I am glad to say the ES121 now works perfectly. The display was supported on just one end with a tiny piece of double-sided self-adhesive foam - I added another piece of my own on the other end so that it is now perfectly level with the plastic window. Firmware was on v1.7 which I upgraded to v1.13, so this unit was manufactured quite some time ago! I would have given this 5 stars if it had not arrived with a dead OLED. I really like the design and would recommend buying it.

I bought this tool after watching and subscribing to a YouTube channel @electronicsrepairschool, I was amazed at how it worked as he was talking and opening a laptop he was repairing. It actually followed his hand movement.... the tool is pretty cool. I own an industrial service repair company and rely on well made tools, I really like this tool. No issues with it!
