Works pretty well
This vibrating acupressure pillow works pretty well for me. It is about 14" x 6" x 4.5" in size, and well made. The pillow is comfortable to the touch and yet has a core firm enough to provide a good support. The little pointy plastic pieces on the top are pretty sharp and effective for acupuncture. I have used it on the back of my neck and it did help with the pain and discomfort, although it wasn't comfortable to lay on it initially. The pillow has a vibration motor inside that is powered by 2 AA batteries (not provided). The battery box is inside the pillow which you can pull out after opening the zipper on the back of the pillow. There are 2 buttons on one end of the pillow: a power button and a mode button. Press the power button to turn the vibration on/off. Press the mode button to cycle through the 5 vibration modes (and repeat). The vibrations mode are: low, high, pulsing high, pulsing with alternating high and low, pulsing high and low in some more unique patterns. The vibration is pretty strong on high. Some people like it while others don't. It is just a matter of personal preference I guess. I found some of the more complex modes are quite helpful. I would use it but not all the times.Overall, this is a pretty decent vibrating acupressure pillow. It is pretty sturdy and well made. It does a decent job of providing some relief for minor pain and discomfort. You can use it on your neck, lower back and calves too. Easy to use and to put away when done. I wish it were USB rechargeable though, considering the asking price. Anyway, it is worth giving it a try. Good product.

The vibration function failed most of time.
After I put batteries in, the vibration started functioning, but it was only lasting for a short while and stopped working.

Different strokes for different folks!
I see that the majority of reviews are in favor of this product. That's good! I did not find as much in the way of relief. I definitely felt the sharp pointy contacts, ouch, but I did not feel much in the way of the vibrations or massage. I don't think the sharp points actually target specific acupressure points. I think it kind of operates on the same principle as laying on a bed of nails. I did not feel much difference with the vibration modes, especially the last two. I find I get better relief from a neck "portable" Shiatsu wedge machine. The on off switch was sensitive, and the vibration modes switch when pushed sometimes would cycle 3, 4 or 5 times... probably just repeat modes, but didn't engage. I wished I liked this better. And, I find it quite pricey for what all you get.
