Nand prices on the up
This is a great product. I initially bought it for elthe extra storage from my 1tb sn850 so I planned on upgrading my motherboard, CPU and ram. However, with ram prices as they are, I'll be happy to stick to gen4 speeds for the time-being. However, 4tb will be nice even in a couple of years. Bought for £280 but like ram, and prices are rocketing and is now close to £400 so, swings and roundabouts and all that. Probably not worth it now at £400.

I got 2 defective T705 4TB from Amazon.
Okay, quick one but worth reading. The Crucial T705 is a 5 Star device that delivers ALL the speed and stability it promises. HOWEVER...1 Star is for the two I got from Amazon (sent from partners). Neither the one I first bought nor its replacement worked at all in any of 3 systems.I used the refund to get one from Crucial UK, and THAT I give 5 Stars. It's an awesome drive that is massive overkill for most people, BUT GET IT FROM CRUCIAL, not from Amazon partners. They don't seem to have the proper precautions and measures taken for the drives.Hope this helps.

El SSD Más caliente pero el más rápido
No le pongo 5 estrellas, no por su rendimiento, que es impresionante, sino porque en tareas intensivas, necesita, a parte del disipador, un ventilador de 50mm o similar que le proporcione un buen “airflow” para que no produzca reinicios, bsods o thermal throttling. En cuanto se le ventila adecuadamente, es de los GEN5 más rápidos del planeta. Abstenerse a comprarlo sin disipador y pensarse mucho si va a recibir correcta ventilación o necesitará apoyo de algún ventilador extra.

Rinde muy mal por el sobrecalentamiento
Uno espera comprar un producto premium al gastar tanto. Compré la versión de 4TB con heatsink para evitar problemas de raíz y resulta que este NVMe 5.0 rinde peor que un 4.0 por los problemas de sobrecalentamiento, llegando a 85C en benchmarks como CrystalDiskMark, alcanzando el punto de Thermal Throttling desplomándose así su rendimiento.

Wirklich gut aber habe sie verkauft weil auf meinem MSI Board brauche ich die T705 ohne Kühler aber das hier ist für mich die beste M.2 überhaupt !!Besser als die Samsung 9100 pro sorry aber das sind meine Erfahrungen

Great drive overall
I am getting great speeds with this drive. The heatsink is really making the difference compared to my identical drive that I only had the space for a a much smaller heatsink.
