The hydration feels amazing!
When I prepare this beverage, that first sip, hydrates my body like whoa. You can feel it working! I understand that it is salty...but it is salt!! Add more water if it's too salty for your taste. I usually prepare a 27 fl oz bottle (a little under 3.5 cups) of water with a scoop of the powder, half a lemon or lime and some maple syrup. Sometimes I'll add spirulina and/or prepared chia seeds. Need that first thing in the morning and I am set for my day. This is my 3rd time purchasing this hydration powder. Thank you so much, Dr. Lou!

Energizing!
We love this product! Adding this to our water is a great way to get the benefits of healthy sea salt. On work out days or just regular life days, Hydro Pro helps us feel energized and alert. It’s easy to add just the amount we like, depending upon our needs for the day. This product is not flavored with stevia or other flavors. That makes it perfect for us, as we prefer to add our own lemons and limes, or other fruits or a bit of fruit juice for taste.

A salty hydration
This is kind of like drinking salty ocean water. It's not really for me but for the week I used it or so, I noticed I hydrated really quickly. This is 20 times better than the average energy drink. This is worth trying. I recommend some lemon to go with it.

Works
Works better than any sports drink I've used over the last 30 years. The natural salty taste is mild if you dilute it properly. I add a few ounces of lemonade or cranberry juice to my cycling bottle and then it really tastes good -reminds me of old school gatorade before they added all the garbage. My wife loves it too, we use it everyday.

Next Level Suppliment
I have been using this product now for 3 months. As an endurance athlete it has worked wonders for me. No more cramping on long hard rides, my muscles feel full and ready. It’s been so beneficial that I use it even when not training just to keep my muscles fully hydrated, 1 water bottle in my car always. I’m really happy that it is now available through Amazon. Great product. I recommend it 100%.

Absolutely disgusting tastes like salt water
I was so excited to try this product as I struggle with dehydration. I tried it with water and it was absolutely gross. It was so bad I had to spit it out. It tastes like salt water from the ocean. I understand that they put sodium in the powder but I didn’t expect it to taste like salt given this is something you need to drink. I like the recipe booklet but I don’t think you could mix it with anything that could take out the strong taste of salt.

Too salty.
I didn't put as much salt in it as it said to and did the lemonade recipe that they included. It's still pretty salty. I couldn't drink it because that's all I tasted even with the lemonade in it.

Good For HEAVY Workouts With Profuse Sweating
This is a good restorative electrolyte product IF you are working, or working out, intensely, generating a Lot of sweat. Hydration becomes critical in those situations, as you will lose a lot of sodium chloride (salt). I make this qualifier because Hydro Pro contains a Lot of salt. One serving is 3/4 tsp and contains 1,145 mg of sodium, which is 49% of the daily recommended daily intake.I have blood pressure issues, and I have to restrict salt intake. In South Texas, doing any work outside in the summer can drain you fast, and this would be great for Serious re-hydration, but I try not to test myself against such intense heat at my age. So again... If you are into Extreme work-outs or Extreme labor in the heat, this is good to rehydrate. If you are only casually sweating, then you should consider the level of salt you'll be taking in.
