Didn’t notice a difference
For one, the amount of pills you’re supposed to take in a day is a bit much. This is SUCH an expensive product, and personally I did not notice any difference at all. If anything, my production got better after I stopped taking it. Love the branding and the effort to find natural medicine to help with nursing… but this just didn’t do it for me.

2 needs for taking care of an infant
I had a lactation specialist recommend this supplement and I have been producing more milk than I was with my first born. The vitamin d bottle is long lasting because you only need a drop a day but it’s frustrating because it’s not easy to get that drop out.
