I got this to help with my gut health. It's tasteless flavor which is easy to drink. It came with a scoop already so it's easy for portion. I use shaker bottle so it's easily dissolve. Plus there is no gluten in there. Good quality product with nice packaging

It takes a couple weeks to see progress but I overall love it. Great tasteless option to add to smoothies or overnight oats! So far I’ve dropped 15lbs!! Excited to see more weight loss!!
