Misleading Product Information - RPM Not as Advertised
I have ordered a fan and would like to raise a concern regarding incorrect product information. The product description clearly mentions the fan speed as 390 RPM; however, the actual speed is only 370 RPM. This discrepancy amounts to mis-selling. My sole purpose for choosing this fan over a BLDC fan was its higher RPM speed, which has not been delivered as promised. I request you to kindly look into this issue on priority and take the necessary action regarding my purchase at the earliest.
