CoQ10 is recommended by many doctors for the cramps due to lipid medications, which are otherwise so safe and effective - well, this works for me. Hope it also works for you! No GI side effects, no taste, but know that the capsules are pretty large if you have trouble with big capsules - I take these by themselves, not with other meds in the same "swallow". The ingredients are "supposedly" the "best" - what do I know except they work for me.

I’ve bought these at least three times. My Dr has me take them to offset achiness from my statins. They’re easy to swallow, have no taste and work well. The price is great. I’ll keep buying.

It is a large capsule. I wish it was smaller. I haven't taken it for long enough to know how it works.

Great product but each softgel was stuck together in the bottle because Amazon delivered the package on the porch in the sun. Took substantial time to get each softgel out.

CoQ10 was recommended for my husband and comes in different milligrams so easy to purchase from Amazon. Comes in Quick and is easy to swallow. Large pills, but easy to go down. No stomach upset either.

First of all, I never write reviews. This is my first. But, I had to share this because the difference I’ve seen is so profound. I ordered this supplement for my husband because he has heart issues and I started it right along with him. (I had a bout with the shingles earlier this year and it literally wiped me out, took me to the lowest point I’ve ever been.) The first evening I took the softgel, I felt a flutter feeling in my heart, since then I’ve not felt anything. I’ve taken one a night for 3 and a half weeks and I can honestly say I feel so much better! I haven’t felt this great in so long, this supplement has boosted me out of the health pit the shingles put me into. I’m praying it really helps my husband as well, I’m trusting that it is! I will make sure we always have this supplement! Life is too short to just drag around feeling like everything is a chore, feeling bad and tired. At 67, we just need a boost!
