Packaging fail
Matzo are great! Amazon's handling of them leaves much to be desired. These are fragile as eggs and were shipped in an envelope that looks like was on bottom of pile. But they were on time.

Matzahs all broken
Every single matzah was broken to pieces. The box and seals were intact so it must have been sent broken. Don't waste your money. This was completely unusable since there needs to be at least 3 matzahs unbroken. Very disappointing. This is exactly how I found them in the box (except for baggies-mine).

A bit of charcoal for pesach anyone?
This may be authentic, but as you see by the pic, there are a lot of burnt edges, broken and some of it is super hard. It all tastes like charcoal. It came in a sturdy cardboard box, but the contents were loose in the box in a plastic bag.... Not packaged for shipping. I won't be purchasing this one next year. Sorry

Not fresh
We just received the box of shmurah matzah today. We couldn't wait to open it and have some. We looked forward to receiving it because we love eating this type of Matzah with butter. But the matzah is stale. Tastes like it has been sitting around for weeks, if not months. So disappointing. We won't be buying this brand again.
