How do you remove the 3/4inch bushing? My mower requires the 5/8 bushing

Lay the tire on its side Then take a punch or chisel or even a old screwdriver stick it through the top bushing hole and Until it rest against the bottom bushing then tap out with a hammer it should come out the bottom then flip the tire over and repeat on the second bushing finally tap in the 5/8 bushings

How hard/stiff is this tire? I have to overinflate my tires to keep them on the bead. Is this as soft as, say, 20 psi?

It is a solid core tire. There is no air in it so the bead won’t ever come off. Or shouldn’t anyway. It’s been a good tire for me so far
