Simply the Best Honey to Buy
Hate supermarket honey but this honey is just about perfect in every way. Delicious, easy to spread, lots of health benefits. There is nothing negative to say but this honey surpasses all others. Will be buying more, expensive but the benefits outweigh the cost. Manuka honey made me feel nauseous for hours after taking it but this one has no ill effects. Certainly a ‘must have’ for me.

Seems good for treating a wound.
I'd never heard of "Kanuka" honey before reading an article online. Bees make it from nectar of the Tea Tree apparently.I bought it to treat a wound that I'd tried everything else on but the other things weren't working. So I started plastering this honey on, and keeping it on hours at a time. I started to notice a real difference in the wound. Not instant magic but slow improvement. My only problem is remembering to continue to do it, as the would look a bit better and then I forget to put the honey on...

Light floral taste
I like the taste of this Tahi Kanuka Raw Honey which comes from New Zealand from bees that collect nectar from White Tea Tree Flowers. It has a light floral taste which works well on toast, stirred into drinks, on my porridge and even as a teaspoonful on its own. I use it as a natural sweetener. I like that it Is raw and unpasteurised and that the contents of the jar are just 100% honey. There is 250gr in this jar and this honey is a very welcome addition to my healthy eating plan.

Unique Tasting Honey
If like me you're a fan of honey generally, I've always been interested in exploring the benefits of Manuka honey, however the price has always put me off. Hence, when I saw this 'cousin' of Manuka from the NZ Kanuka tree, I was keen to try it out.First impressions are good, the honey is very nicely packaged in a smart jar. The flavour can be described as sweet, crisp, floral, with a hint of butterscotch, quite unlike the normal honey you would buy from the shops. It's quite moreish too, as it's not overpoweringly sweet. To use you can mix in with your breakfast cereals, have on bread, or simply eat from the spoon! As for some background, the Kanuka tree is somewhat similar to the Manuka tree, and its flowers produce a honey with similar wellness benefits reportedly. Kanuka contains compounds like hydrogen peroxide that can potentially help kill bacteria, treat fungal infections, and reduce inflammation. Hence, it could also be used on skin injuries as a compress to promote faster healing.Overall at £20 for 250g this is certainly a premium honey without a doubt, and obviously this does not have UMF or MGO certifications either, unlike you would get with Manuka honey. That said Tahi is a reputable brand, so I don't have any concerns in that respect, but there is no way to measure its active ingredient content if that is what you are looking for, but it is certainly a tasty change from regular honey, and you could perhaps use it for superficial wound treatment as you could with Manuka

Tahi Kanuka Honey: Scrumptious Unpasteurised Honey
If you're looking for a natural sweetener with unique health benefits, Tahi Kanuka Honey is definitely worth a try. This is raw, unpasteurised honey that comes from New Zealand, and is known for its distinctive flavour and potential health benefits. Interestingly, being an unpasteurised honey, it can be used topically.Kanuka honey is produced by bees that pollinate the kanuka tree, a native plant to New Zealand. It's a thick, golden toffee-like honey with a delicious lingering sweetness and a gorgeous aroma that I found I wasn't able to keep my spoon from scooping upMany people enjoy Kanuka honey for its potential health benefits because it's rich in antioxidants and has been studied for its potential anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties, very handy for when you need to soothe a sore throat or tame a cough. I like to take a spoonful before consuming probiotics to nourish my gut microbiome - works a treat for me!To enjoy the benefits of Kanuka honey, simply take a spoonful daily or add it to your favourite foods and drinks. You can also use it as a natural sweetener for tea, coffee, or yoghurt.I think this honey is absolutely delicious, utterly moreish that you may need to get two jars! I have no hesitation in recommending Tahi Kanuka honey - Yumsch! ❤️
