Installed this battery in my 2016 BMW R1200RT 3-1/2 years ago. It is tiny bit larger than recommended battery, but fit and works perfectly, fraction of the price.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased this to start a car that is said to require a 450cca battery per factory spec but it genuinely surprised me. The battery worked just fine in warmer months cranking the little 2L right over without hesitation. In the colder months though I found that it had the voltage but couldn't produce the required current for even a single rotation which was expected. After adding 2 cheap 83f capacitor banks, an isolator relay, and a charging diode it works just fine. Over about 10-20 or so seconds of on time the battery is able to charge the capacitors up to 12.3v which when paired with the battery provide more than enough current to crank the car for 10+ seconds. After a year and a half it's still charging and discharging over and over even through long cold start tuning sessions at -10f. I can't stress enough how much this battery was not made to start an engine of this size or how much abuse it has endured. Don't get me wrong it's not all that strong and is absolutely worthless for starting anything in the cold by itself but it is WAY more durable than I could have ever imagined.

I purchased this battery for my Polaris snowmobile. This battery stated it was a replacement for my snowmobile, however it clearly does NOT have the cold cranking amps necessary to start my sled. I fully charged this NEW battery and took my sled out for rides over a couple of weeks. On EVERY cold day (0F - 20F) over the 2 weeks I rode it, the starter would barely turn over.... if at all. I had to pull start the sled the first time each morning. ONLY when the sled engine was warm and the battery was full charged (from the engine), the battery would restart the sled. I am giving it one star, because this battery clearly does not have the advertised capability to start my sled. It is NOT a replacement as they advertise. It is under warranty and I plan to get a refund or a better quality replacement.

I made this purchase based on a combination of the reasonable price point and the consistently positive reviews. Over the years, I've gone through several batteries for my 2008 King Quad 750, and I've found that there's a sweet spot in terms of cranking power, cold resilience, and longevity when it comes to battery options, whether you're considering high-end or budget options. Upon receiving the Chrome Pro battery, I immediately tested it, and to my satisfaction, it was fully charged right out of the box. Remarkably, it performed exceptionally well without needing any initial charging. The fact that it's sealed means there's no need to add acid to the battery, simplifying the installation process. Moreover, it proved to be a perfect fit with a well-arranged positive/negative configuration. One aspect I find less favorable, which isn't specific to the Chrome Pro but applies to universal-style poles in general, is the design where nuts can slide up and down within the retaining cage to accommodate either attachment to the top or side of the battery. Aligning the screws with the nuts in the top mount positive can be a bit cumbersome because they have a tendency to slip forward when bumped, sliding down to the front mount position. Since I remove my batteries from my equipment multiple times a season, this process becomes a time-consuming task. One workaround to address this issue is to insert a piece of paper, wood, or metal to secure the nut in place and prevent unwanted movement.

Fit my motorcycle perfectly. Came nearly fully charged. After charging to get to full capacity it performed well. This is a good price for a motorcycle battery. Time will tell if it holds up.

This is a great battery. It’s the right size and gets great CCA. I had it in my Mean Streak 1600 and needed the power to turn it over when it was cold. Ran great for 10 months then died. Wouldn’t take a charge. I emailed the company and asked about the warranty and they had me send it back and sent a replacement. I had to pay shipping but they had a discounted return shipping on their site for $7 (would have been $18 otherwise). Got the replacement very quick and back up and going 5 stars for the fantastic customer service and great price in the battery!

I purchased the battery just over 1 year ago, it has now completely stopped holding charge. Do not recommend unless you want to buy a new battery every year
