Good for remote office and working from home
Very good noise cancellationANC mood works very well not only for the recorded sound by the primary mic but also provide a calm environment to the user by cancelling the surround sound treating as noise.It cancels the sound as noise which is around 12 inch distance.If you are working with a very noisy environment or if you are working from home having baby crying or dog barking or blender running nearby then this model is the right product you are looking for.I am satisfied.

The best NC headset I have come across in this price range
Bought this recently , it crushes all headsets in background noise , did voice recording tests to check and verify. For anyone with WFH, noisy environments, this is a must. Price matches the value it offers. Recommend.

Leather comes off, but the headphone performance is good
Good sound quality and has fancy gimmicks. The mic quality is also good. I would still call it a little costly. The ear cushions were initially comfortable and also did not heat up my ears like other headphones. But over time the leather started to peel off. I had to use a cushion sleeve to not get it stuck onto my ear

The noise cancellation mic is exceptional, during work from home people coughing around you, kids playing those noise do not pass through while you speak during the call.

Excellent mic performance, but ear pad comfort needs improvement
The EPOS 860 impresses right out of the box with eco-friendly packaging and a sleek yet sturdy design. Its microphone is outstanding, noise cancellation and voice clarity are exceptional, making calls feel professional and confident.However, the on-ear pads stick tightly and create a slight vacuum effect, so you need to remove them carefully. Comfort could be better for longer use.If you’re torn between this and the EPOS 1060, go for the 1060 if budget allows, it offers more freedom for multitasking, like grabbing a coffee or opening doors while on calls.
