I think it also helps to balance the blue light from my screen. It feels wonderfully relaxing after time in LED white (blue) light.

Just simple and good; it is hard understand how for the price. I use it a few times in a week to and like the results.

We loved this until it stopped working all of a sudden. We tried to get customer support, but there’s no way to contact through Amazon. When you try externally, it also won’t allow you to contact them. And, it also seems to be a suspicious site. Red light therapy lights are supposed to last 10,000 to 25,000+ hours. We were nowhere near that.

I use this for 10 minutes at a time on the highest setting about 3x per week. I don't think I can tell a difference after using this for a couple of months. How do I know these lights are the proper wave length and not just basic red LEDs?

Great for the cost. The base needs to be heavier. It tends to topple over if not situated just right. I bought this for Mom’s macular degeneration. Very bright.

I like that this light is easy to move from one location to another. The set up is quick and the timer/light controls are simple and easy to understand. If you get the lamp aligned properly to its base the light is stable enough. The lens of the light is not glass, so I was worried the thing might get too hot. It doesn't. After 30 minutes of use the light feels warm to the touch, but only just; definitely not hot. An owner's manual that explained the science behind the different lights would be a nice addition to this kit though.
