Beautiful cover, took a while to fully pump it up
Cover looks very nice /stylish, nice cover, took a while to pump it up, even though we used a foot pump… was scared to blow it up ;) but worked well. Very comfortable, will work well for my PT prescribed Exercises.

Even better than I expected it to be.
This ball chair is awesome. I've been using a yoga ball as a chair for quite some time now and if you think sitting on a ball with the cover is the same as sitting on a ball without one, then you have to try this product. Right out of the box you can feel a difference. I've now been using this one for a few days and I'll never use a plain yoga ball as a seat again. The cover is very high quality and feels much more expensive than you would expect. The fabric helps hold you in place and keep you from sliding around at all. the handle makes it easy to move around without having to use both hands (important if you ever need to move it and your laptop from one side of the room to another. This is especially important if you use modular seating in your workplace.I was curious to see if the stitching and seams on the ball would look symmetrical and I'm thrilled to see that they do. In the room, this ball looks more like a piece of art than a chair. All in all, you can't beat the product for the price. There are other covered ball seats out there, but they don't provide near the value that this one does.

Seem ripped in 2 minutes
Ball was great for 2 minutes until the seem ripped. Looks like a nice material but they only put one sad little stitches on it. The interior ball stretch when you put weight on them, and it is too much stress on the cover. Better stitching with a more flexible fabric would make this a wonderful chair.I returned and bought another brand that uses more of a flexible knit fabric and hopefully that works better.

Challenging Setup, Easy Maintenance
The outer felt-like material is very thick and difficult to stretch out without just sticking the excercise ball inside and pumping away. Going about it this way doesn't guarantee the inflation point will line up with the outer shell zipper. I ended up inflating and allowing it to sit before having to deflate and rotate the ball inside to get the two aligned. After a couple of weeks it needed a few more pumps to maintain the air volume inside. Those are the struggles, but for the most part very happy with what I got. It's visually a clean look. I'm 5-11 and it's a good height for me sitting at an office desk. I enjoy that it has a section of outer shell that has rubber bumps to maintain traction so the ball doesn't rotate from under you while you lean heavily side to side to grab distant items or just take a break from work. I don't think it's better than a task chair by any means, but it's a nice change and gives me a way to move while I think versus tapping my feet which can annoy others.

Much better than chairs. good for back
Came with pump, inner inflatable ball, and the sheathing on the outside that you sit on. Just make sure you keep realigning the inflatable inside the sheathing as you pump it so that you don't have to deflate it to adjust it. I have only had to inflate it once, until I figured out how much inflation I needed. Does not lose air. If you need more height, add more air. Less height? let some air out. I am 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and I transitioned away from my hydraulic office chair, which I often changed my seating in throughout the day. Sitting on this balance ball has increased my core strength tremendously. When you sit down on anything, whether this balance ball or a chair, put the back of your index finger in the arch of your lower back; if that arch is not maintained when you go from standing to sitting, you need to re-assess your posture(try sitting on front/back of ball. middle, etc. until you find a combo that maintains that arch with the most minimal core or back muscle utilization so that you aren't having to focus on sitting. Your spine is strongest when you are upright and standing straight. The spine has curvatures in it that "by design", must be maintained; otherwise, you will shorten its longevity. We are constantly assaulted by gravity; might as well try to be healthy with your posture so that you don't spend your latter days in unnecessary, constant, back pain. In most cases, if you feel pain while sitting or operating a mouse/keyboard at the desk, don't just assume that is normal. Listen to your body and do research so that you can change whatever incorrect, 'offending' posture i hurting you. I strongly advocate the $15 Anker, USB side-ways mice; I have bought them for family and coworkers. They take a bit to get used to, but if you study 'natural position' and 'repetitive strain' injuries, you will see that being outside your body's natural position and having repetitive movements will end your computer career early, along with agonizing pain. "an ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of the cure", so go ahead and spend a few bucks to save you money and inherit the priceless gift of health while you're at it, by taking care of your posture. If you say this balance ball doesn't work for you, keep in mind that proper sitting is a skill and takes time to understand. I am a drummer; it took me 3 years just to figure out how to sit down (on a drum throne). balancing 4 limbs, mind you. I could spend all day talking about posture because there is much on the topic; I only urge folks to take it seriously, and take the time to(learn how to) do it properly.

Fabric ripped during first hour of use
I like how it looked, was easy to inflate. I followed the instructions. I sat on it and I heard a rip. I am 125pds small female and I guess my weight was too much for it?

Cover ripped while inflating ball
I was so excited about this product. It looks classy and nice enough to leave out, so I felt like I would be more inclined to use it refuel. However, the cover is not well stitched. It is just a straight stitch on the seems, not overlock (serging) to reinforce the stitches, so the cover actually ripped on the circle pice of fabric where all the oblong pieces connect: this happened while I inflated the ball. The seams on the sides didn’t fit the shape of the ball, so it didn’t fit tightly and the ball seemed too big for the size of the cover. The ball itself felt like a good quality material and I thing would last a long time, but I paid over $60 because I wanted the nice cover, so with that being ripped from the get go, and having such weak stitches, I figured it would continue to be an issue and I am returning it.Too bad, it’s a great idea, with a handle to move it around, and it would probably help if the fabric had some stretch to it instead of being upholstery fabric with no stretch.

Looks good.. not like your usual exercise ball
Looks great!

Beautiful Cover - Ball does not hold air consistently.
The product looks great but the ball does lose air over time (as in a short time - would need re-inflating every week to maintain the same firmness). But is comfortable otherwise.

The product is broken and doesn't work.
I have asked to return the product but the return policy asks me to pay for the shipping. The product is broken. The pump doesn't fit the whole on the ball and I can't even inflate the ball and use it. The cap also doesn't fit the ball and non of the accessories fit each other. I definitely don't want to pay $40 to return a broken product. Can you give me a solution for this??

No pump in the box
My order is incomplete. I didn’t get the hand pump even if it’s clearly written on the box that it’s included.
