These practice questions were a life-saver for me when it came to practicing for the PMP exam! They hit all the different parts of the exam, so I was more than prepared. I ended up passing easily because of it. Definitely a no-brainer to get to use as part of your study regiment.

Ramdayal provides a fairly concise interpretation of the tedious-to-read PMBOK. Easy to understand, with sample exam questions in every chapter. Good “exam tips” throughout. Extensive coverage of everything “agile”, which you need to be prepared for on the exam. One negative: Paragraphs could using a numbering scheme, as it becomes difficult to discern subparagraphs based only on slight indentations. Maybe tie it to the numbering scheme of PMBOK.

For the PMP test I memorized all sorts of charts, formulas, names of people and so much more but the test is mostly situational questions. I cant say that this book will teach you everything you need to know about the test but i can say that taking all the mock tests this book has to offer helped me get through that long 4 hour journey that will test your focus and patience. Use this book to take 50 question, 5 min break, 50 questions, 5 min break, 50 question, 5 min break and then 50 questions again. It's $50, really why wouldn't you spend that better your chances of accomplishing so much more? GOOD LUCK.

Averaged 84% on all these practice exams and passed my pmp on the first try. A great resource.

I have taught a PMP Exam prep course at a local college for the past 4+ years. I have held the PMP certification since 2012 and have taught PMP Exam prep courses since shortly after earning my certification. I have used materials from four or five different providers. All have included practice questions. Some of the questions in this volume push credulity. Indeed, so does PMI on the exam, but it takes a lot of imagination to get to the correct answer in this book. I applaud the author for the effort and the quality of most of the questions. It took me and half my students to work our way through the author's logic so we could understand why some selected answers are correct. Is it a difficulty factor or mastery of the most arcane circumstances that lead to these questions? I'm afraid I still don't know. Still, it should not take 30 minutes to work through the logic to get to the correct answer. The exam is only four hours long and you have an average of 72 seconds per question. Math questions are going to take larger chunks of time. Logic questions should, and typically do, not.

Great tool for PMP exams

The product does not state that all questions are multiple choice questions and answers. PMP exam is not all all multiple choice questions, therefore anyone relying on this book to provide solution to their PMP exam will be disappointed. Ifelt deceived to buy a book that is of no use to me because the PMP professional exam that I am preparing for has no multiple choice questions. It would have sufficed if the book is a combination of multiple choice and essay questions and answers.
