Good quality & held weight nicely.
This only came with 1 piece so make sure to read descriptions but held my one weight very well, did stretch easily so material is good quality, and I definitely would purchase another set.

Easy to use
These are really easy to use and great value. It would be nice if they marked the different sides because it takes me a little time each workout to figure out which way it goes, I might just add some tape!

Does not work
Quality straps, but they are small for a normal sneaker and dont fit a dumbbell correctly to target the weight where you need it. I really wanted to like these.

Very Eazy to use on small weights. But be careful

No Hold
What be ideal if the Velcro held the weight. It kept falling out of the Velcro

Does what it needs to, while being reasonably priced
The strap works well. I always had weak tibialis muscles which resulted in shin splits. I decided to give this product a try and it definitely strengthen my muscles and reduce the leg pain I have, when I play basketball. However be sure to wear shoes with this, when exceeding a heavier weight. I noticed after 15 pounds, the fabric will dig into your skin if you are barefooted.

These work well for tibial strengthening
Bought a more expensive piece of equipment to strengthen my tibia as part of larger knee strengthening. The expensive equipment was large and cumbersome. Looking for alternatives I found this. It works well. I wish the strap were a bit longer but it's fine. I'm satisfied and can use weights between 2-15 pounds.
