It’s a very expensive product but it does help with rosacea.

The price is outrageous but my skin was in dire need of extreme barrier repair due to multiple dermatological issues and I was desperate. Funny enough chat gpt recommended this to me for my issues and she apparently never steers me wrong. I had never heard of this brand before. I have extremely acne prone, sensitive skin. This product began mending my skin in 2 days. It would not stand alone without the rx I need, but it definitely was a crucial supportive product for me (I had quit using all of my normal products during this issue). While I probably won’t use this regularly, I will continue to use during this period of time. I definitely recommend for serious barrier repair or post procedure needs.

My very first impression of this product was not necessarily a good one: The first thing I noticed is how smelly the product was. It stinks of chemicals and is not something I want to be on my face or near my nose. But smell aside, I do think that the product has worked to reduce redness on my skin. Whenever I pop a pimple, I get a red spot that lasts for a while, and I have been using this product to try and reduce that effect. I think it has been working, but I have to deal with the smell of the product after use. My other complaint would be the price of this product, which is significant. For these reasons, I feel that a 3-star rating is justified.

Very expecive product. Still i chose to buy it since it was recommended for rosacea. But after some days of use, it stings every time and my rosacea seemed worse so I had to stop using it. Even tough the product is patented the ingredients is abit questionable since I could not find any other product with the same ingredients. I will still recommend using product with azelaic acid 15%, wich I am using now to reduce redness and rosascea instead of this.

This Osmosis brand Epidermal Repair Facial Serum helps soothe and heal red and irritated skin. The consistency is very thin and smooth with a kind of glycerin like feel to it. This product absorbs quickly but you do feel it on your face once it has dried/absorbed. I was a bit surprised by its price point but I have to admit, while subtle it seems to work well on red and inflamed skin. This is a repair product and not something you would slather on all over, and every day. If you need to look your best and your face is your paycheck the price is more than worth it in my opinion. The scent is not particularly pleasant but when you are trying to heal and soothe inflamed skin the last thing you want to do is use a product full of fragrances that could irritate your skin further. Overall I am pleased with this product, it is not a miracle product but it is good and I would order it again.

This is one of my all time favorite products- it’s kind of like hypochlorous acid spray in serum form- except it was developed years before those became popular. If you have sensitive risacea breakout prone skin then this is a lifesaver- at least it has been for me. I can always rely on this serum to pull my skin together when it’s a mess. Can’t recommend it enough. I use it morning and night and layer with other serums.
