Good overall
I liked these keto acv gummies. They taste pretty good and feel helpful for digestion. I did not notice any weight loss but they do help with stomach acidity.

These can help with ketosis
These are pretty good gummies, not too vinegary tasting. I chew two of them in the evening before or after my dinner. I think they help me with staying in ketosis. However, if I’ve been reckless with my eating during the day, these don’t save my numbers, but that’s on me. They do stick together and to the bottom of the plastic container, so I often have to put my finger or a utensil into the bottle to dislodge them. I’m happy that they often keep me from eating more sweets!

For the skeptical customer Buy them! I needed a little push on appetite control and energy. I can tell the difference on the days I don’t take them. I have lost about 5 pounds recovering from a recent surgery. They don’t make you jittery or upset the tummy. I am on my second bottle before I reviewed them. They seem to be effective and do just what they say in the ad.

First you can actually get them out of the bottle. The taste is better than most. They are very effective curbing hunger and detox.
