If you are looking for a healthy snack alternative this is a great pick. A friend brought some to work this pst week and i loved it. It’s got the texture of popcorn with a great flavor. I tried both the pink salt and the barbecue. Loved both.I ordered some for my family and the kids devoured it.If you are counting macros, this is a great product. 100 calories per serving and 20g of carbs. My wife has a hard time finding low cal high carb items for her diet. This helps fill that gap.

I really like these healthy, convenient snacks but I appear to be the only one in my household who does. Lots of “yucks” when we tried them - but I’m hooked. A bit sweet, a bit salty, unusual taste but addictive. Definitely will reorder these. Low calorie, crunchy and satisfying.

I loved the fact that I could actually snack and not have to worry about needing extra insulin. 1/2 package is a good amount for a snack and only nudges my sugar levels about 10 points. Everyone's insulin's resistance is different, so don't know if it will work this well for you, but I'd get it even if it didn't because 1/portion is very filling, and I actually feel satisfied. Takes 2 or more cups of popcorn with lots of butter to get the same effect.

I saw these on shark tank and decided to give them a try as another healthier snack option. We ordered the white cheddar. I popped a couple in my mouth and they tasted ok at first, but then the flavor changed quickly as I chewed. They are really gross. My husband won't even eat them, and he will eat everything. I do not recommend them at all, and they are extremely overpriced.

I was first introduced to this product on Shark Tank. I like eating healthy and thought, hmm, this has merit. So I ordered the Bohana Pink Himalayan Salt flavor. I am a big fan of Himalayan salt, but this was a bit too salty for my tastes. I may try it in some tomato soup. Speaking of taste, it's different and may take some getting used to; sort of like the first time you try beer. But given that Bohana seems like a healthier snack and really does fill you up, unlike many other snacks, I am going to continue with it. I would also like to suggest a new flavor to the product lineup...Cinnamon!

The pink Himalayan salt is our favorite flavor of the 3 kinds. It has a nice satisfying crunch and a unique flavor with just a subtle hint of salt. My 3 year old loves it and begged us to open the box as soon as it arrived! We usually eat this during family game night or outside as an afternoon snack. It’s a healthier substitute for most snacks that would fall in this category, I’d recommend it for kids and adults alike!

Love it. Taste better than popcorn or chip snacks. Smells like smoky weed. In a good way. This coming from a person who doesn’t smoke. It’s a dense product. So one bag I feel is the equal to 3 family size bags of chips. Great product. Bit pricey. Wish there was a better price product. But great quality. You get what you pay for.

I saw these on Shark Tank and was interested in trying them out, since "popped water lily seeds" was different. The packaging is cute. The taste is weird. It sort of has a smokiness to them which I didn't expect. I also didn't like that you had to purchase a 6 pack. It should've been available as a 3 pack for new customers.Also this sounds like unsubstantiated health claims: "Bohana popped water lily seeds even increase vitality, reduces inflammation and balance the body's PH."I won't repurchase.
