This product works well. It has a little plug in the bottom to let the water out but I find it easier to just take the unit to the sink and dump it out. And then it can be wiped out easily with a paper towel. And a little bit of vinegar. Makes ice perfectly and I love it! I recommend.

This ice maker works great. Gives you an option to make small or larger is cube quickly. Takes about 6 minutes to make 9 ice cubes. It's pretty quite. We use in our rv and you can hear it running, but it just sounds like a small refrigerator.

Super useful, compact ice maker to use day-to-day. I personally purchased this to make ice for iced coffees and it is excellent for that! The machine also fits neatly on top of my refrigerator just below my kitchen cabinets. Set-up was straight forward after reading the directions and it has become easy to just fill with water and leave on to make ice. Noise level is pretty quiet and the "ice quality" is as advertised - not the super easy-to-chew pebble ice, but rather small hollow cubes (good for coffee and other drinks).

I didn't believe the info about how quick the first cubes are turned out, but the documentation was correct. first ice comes out really fast and it just keeps on making more. I only have a couple minor complaints: 1) it's hard to drain - the drain plug is on the under-side and it's hard to find and hard to plug back in, especially since you are never supposed to shake it or turn it upside down; I wish it were a little easier. 2) the little pusher that pushes the formed ice into the basket doesn't do a great job of getting them all out of the way - the unit complains the basket is full all the time when it's really just one tiny little ice cube that didn't get fully pushed into the basket; this just means it needs a little babysitting to do it's job correctly.

Works great! My family uses it every day. Several times a day.

This product stopped working 4 days before one year warranty expired. Site instructions were to contact Amazon to reach manufacturer. Amazon provided zero customer service other than 1st claiming to have successfully filed a claim. Never heard from that. 2nd was your out of luck only 30day. Checked paperwork, contacted manufacturer 2 days shy of warranty ending. Literally told her I'm here until 5pm get it submitted or it's voided. I contacted you before warranty end date yet had to rush home from work to submit a video to person via text of all ways. Never spoke to a actual human. Told to clean it like I hadn't done so the week before. But did it. Only to be told submitted a claim. Next time by text 5 days later engine has more questions. As if the video didn't obviously provide details. Gave up! 70.00 wasted on this device. Zero service from Amazon and manufacture is a joke, as if I'm a complete idiot. I gave up my time and nerves at this point. DO NOT BUY. Shame on you Amazon and who ever is at the end of company texting me. What a cheap piece of crap..zero stars from Amazon to Manufacturing. Should take seller off your site for being a rip off. This has been the most terrible business transaction ever! Finally wrapped up albeit a year warranty only offered 50% not a replacement. Then have to open a Zelle account to get the 50% paid despite its dying within 10 months. Do not buy it's a piece of junk and literally offer no replacement despite having a 1 yr warranty. Shame on Amazon for having a seller of this kind in their business profiles.

We are ice crunchers; all 3 of us in our household. My Mother-In-Law loves ice and so do I, so we were purchasing a ton of bagged ice from the local convenient store. This can really add up! We have a refrigerator ice maker/dispenser but our town has super, hard water and the ice just doesn't taste good, so we've been buying bagged ice for quite awhile. Saw this little ice maker for sell and for the price, we thought it would actually pay for itself after a couple of days so we ordered it. We've had it since this past summer and it has been running basically non-stop ever since. We do use a filter pitcher for the water we put in the machine. I don't know the consistency of the ice just using straight tap water but the ice from the filter pitcher comes out as a "soft" ice, which we all really like. It is a small machine and has a small basket. It has an indicator light that tells when the basket is full and ready to be emptied. It makes the ice pretty fast so doesn't take long to fill the basket up. The ice is soft enough that we simply empty it into our refrigerator ice maker bucket and dispense out of the ice dispenser. It has a setting for self cleaning that works great and a small plug that can be pulled out on the bottom of the machine to drain the water after the cleaning cycle is finished. I simple take a light, soapy rag and wash out the water tank and then rinse it out with clear water and it's ready to "fire" up again for more ice. It has paid for itself over and over again. May have to invest in a larger ice maker down the road but this was a perfect machine to test out first. It is portable so if you want to take it with you in an RV, Cabin, Camping, Tailgate Party, it would actually be a nice addition to these activities too!

We love using this ice maker for cocktail ice! It produces massive amounts of ice in a short time. The ice does melt quickly. As another reviewer mentioned, this is not a freezer. It’s more like a cooler. It works for our purposes. The ice does melt faster than ice from your freezer, but you can do a couple of things to help with that. When I know we’re going to be using this little ice maker, I will start it a couple of hours before we need the ice, and dump the first few batches back into the water tank. They’re always thin and melt almost immediately, but helps lower the temperature of the water, resulting in a harder freeze on the ice. I also cover the top with a folded tea towel, to insulate it. This keeps the temperature inside the unit much cooler, also helping with the consistency of the ice, and it keeps it from melting as quickly. The ice maker makes a tolerable amount of noise. It’s quiet, but you know it’s there. Overall I think it’s good quality for a fair price!
