All is OKAY. BUT ONE THING IT'S SOMETIMES FACED HAVING HANGING PROBLEM. IAM SUFFERING WITH THIS PROBLEM. PLEASE RECTIFY THE PROBLEM.

Ordered a phone on 14 th Oct, got delivered on 19th, camera failed so raised complaint in amazon, they asked to use minspect app and it shows 3 errors, they asked to book appointment for a technician. He came and said the phone has hardware issues. Contacted Amazon again and this time they asked me to visit Samsung service center. Went there next day by taking leave to office. Gave the phone to them and they asked me to come after 1 hour. They said they wil fix it if it's software issue.. since they can't fix it, they asked for illa and warranty and asked me to collect the dead on arrival certificate the next day. They packed and sealed it inside a doa jacket and handed it to me. Real struggle started after that..amazon executives dont know the next step. They said they want decline letter and not doa certificate. And asked me to go to Samsung again.. literally after 30 plus phone calls, they agree for replacement. They arrange for pickup and after 5 days from pickup, i got the new phone. After 15 days of horror, this issue ends. And the phone is not of good quality. In the mean time i bought one nord ce 4 as I need phone urgently.. since they refused refund, i am struck with 2 phones now. And comparing 2 phones, f15 is way way inferior than one nord phone..i wasted my money, time energy.never ordering electronics gadgets on amazon.. run if u see service center replacement.. it's a extremely slow process and torturous one.. not customer friendly. U wil feel cheated for sure

I had bought this handset last year on 27/09/2025. i had to send it for repair due to a glitch in the touch screen to a authorised samsung service centre M/s Shree Shreenath Telecom NX at vasai west(401202). They billed me Rs.5763 even though it was was under 1 year warranty as it was purchased on 27/09/2025.The service centre said the record shows it was purchased on 22/09/2024. How is it possible.

Surprised to see that product have issues with Networks connections (mobile network and wifi).

Phone service set up was not done, but I paid for that service 299/-. Please return it. Not happy with the service.The connections charger wire given wrongly as the pin size is same on both sides. It is not possible to charge with it. Please the wire attached photo.

Please find my experience with the phone:Phone good and working.No headset and USB charging cable inside.This is mostly done from seller side.Think before you buy it. As After buying you might think like anyways only 2 accessories are missing. Let's don't return it and keep it.All this stuff will happen to you as well. Please consider this point.

Mobile packeging of Amazon is very poor Display of mobile is not working properly when I registerd complaint about this they sent link of samsung centre for replacemet but samsung centre denied to give me replacement and now Amazon is saying that your replacement window is closed so humble request to all do not buy any mobile from Amazon

Except good screen there is no pros in this phoneVery slow it’s a trade mark from SamsungIt’s only good for elderly people who only use call and YouTube
