I've bought a lot of fly screens, usually from the national chain discount stores for £5 - £6. But this fly screen is by far and away the best of them all. Perfect fit for a single patio door (80cm width) and the white version blends well with white patio doors. Easy to install. I didn't use all of the velcro provided - just in small strips in different places but it works beautifully. The magnetic centred element is sooo 'snappy' but yet easy to walk through (I even have a happy cat). So much better than the larger, separate, black netted version that only just lasted 1 season.

Takes a while to fit as you need to attach sticky back velcro to the whole curtain on the floor. Be sure to give your doorframe a good clean with a quality product (I used isopropanol alcohol) and it sticks like a dream. A little long for my door but it closes perfectly and we haven't had any flies in the kitchen since it went up. Good quality for the low price.

Great item to insect proof a room. I used this for my door out to my garden and it has completely stopped the constant flow of flies into the house on these sunny days.A couple of notes to make:1. when you measure your door frame for this ( if it is a UPVC door ) make sure you allow room for frame Chamfers or rounded parts as this needs a flat level surface to adhere to as it will affect the closing of it......2. Try and raise the centre of the curtain higher than the sides of it to help the curtains close automatically after being opened. Also make sure the curtains are not fitted too taught or they won't close shut! If needs be, do a dummy run before taking the adhesive backing off by attaching it to the frame first with tape to get the correct fit before removing the backing and finally fitting as the adhesive is very hard to adjust once fittedHope this helps.This is a great product.

Very happy with this fly screen. It has stood the test of time, been in place for 6 months. Magnets work perfectly, velcro is secure, material is strong. The only adjustment I had to make was to cut the bottom off it as it extended below the door and there was a risk of catching feet in it. Perfect for the job!

Like a few other reviewers have said, I too have bought lots of magnetic door fly screens in the past but they have been flimsy and at the slightest breeze have opened, letting in the 🪰This screen is alot better than the ones I've used before. The velcro to hold it on to the doorframe is a good width, the magnets down the middle are heavy so they stay together better and you also get tacks to hammer in to a wooden door frame to keep it more secure if you want to. Really recommend this product and its excellent for the price!

Bought two sets of these for external doors to replace old ones. The magnetic closure on these is much stronger than our earlier screens and our cats just can't handle it so we have to play 'doorman' for them from time to time. They were easy to fit to our doors with the self adhesive 'hook and loop' tape. They also come with tacks if you are fitting to a wooden door. The only problem we've had is adhesion on the set at our back door. On warm days, it gets full force of the sun and the self adhesive strips have started to peel away from the door surround. A minor problem but worth mentioning.
