Ad is misleading
Be careful. This ad leads you to believe your buying an a stimulator. You are not. This item is for arms and legs only and does not include the $88 belt for your abs. I had to pay out an additional $88 for the belt. We waited for delivery and found this out. Then Amazon refused to post my review to warn people

SO much better than dealing with gel pads!
SO There is some confusion in the listing, which CLEARLY says "abs stimulator" and " for waist " which is the whole reason I wanted it - but only included the arm pads, and some extensions. Yet I'm being taxed at the full price -SO minus two stars for not having that together. The units that are included are pretty fussy to put on, and If I had limited mobility I would need help to put them on. I'm a pretty big guy, and the arm pads have room to spare, and I guess the extension pads are for legs. What I really like about this unit is - no gel pads! You really have to get your pads strapped in correctly, and may have to adjust the electricity strength, but there are no replacement pads to buy, no sticky residue, nothing. There are various modes to simulate different treatments and workouts. They start out easy and build in intensity. There is an AMAZING instruction book included. I wish all products had something so thorough. Aslo included are a charging cable and cleaning fluid. It's a promising kit, and I like it way better than my tens unit. It seems pricey, especially without the abs band.

Packs a Gut Punch
I have been interested in muscle stimulators for the better part of a year now. I am relatively fit, in my late-twenties, and have a pretty solid exercise/diet regimen. Atop this, I love core workouts, so this seems like an interesting choice of product for me. However, I have considered that core workouts have been a bit tricky for me, as I have a very long torso, and some musculoskeletal quirks that make the conventional ab workouts pretty strenuous on my neck (it's not too uncommon for me to wake up in the days following crunches with pretty intense neck pain). So: TENS ab stimulator it is!This blew my expectations out of the water. Not only does the package come with two units, but the extenders provided, along with the various modes, make it far more versatile than I was expecting. Here are my PROS for anyone on the fence, as I recommend this product with a glowing endorsement. I will also list a couple important considerations for those uncertain as to whether this product is suitable for their needs.Targets Various Muscle Groups: This device duo boasts a pretty clever design. Upon opening, we were a tad confused how to affix them to our bodies, but once you go through the booklet and get the hang of it, switching from arm, to thigh, and then abdominals, seems like it would be a breeze for most people. The part that actually stimulates your muscles is an easily removable disc that is roughly the size of a vitamin bottle lid. The sling-style fabric these two discs connect to make for an easy time placing anywhere on your body you might need some extra stimulation.Packs a Wallop: As mentioned in the headline, this thing is *POWERFUL*. I was expecting something mild and hardly noticeable, but this thing has pretty rigorous capabilities so far as your muscles are concerned. Mind you, there are "degrees of intensity", ranging from 1 to 15. I'm pretty physically active and started off comfortable with an 8-10, meaning that there is a great deal of usability here, even for those who may be physically fit. If you are needing something milder, or more passive, for whatever reason, 1 seems suitable enough for those who need less support.Flexible in More Ways Than One: An important consideration is that this product boasts EIGHT different modes, each distinct regarding speed, intensity, and function. For example, one mode is like a rolling wave, which, when placed against your torso, feels like a long, slow crunch. Another mode is quick and punchy, and feels like doing the world's most intense pikes. Because these eight modes allow you to get a more specific type of workout, when used in tandem with the 15 intensity levels and various means of arranging the "slings", you can get what I consider a full body workout without leaving your bed.My considerations for those who might still be on the fence are as follows:—These seem to be effective in offering support to those who may need a bit of stimulation during a sedentary period (whether due to injury, lack of motivation, etc.). This might best be approached after discussing with your doctor. This type of device is common to see in healthcare spaces, as it permits a bit of aided exercise for those who may be unable to use conventional means of working out as easily.—This should be viewed as a companion to health and wellness, rather than the primary vehicle for total wellness. By this I mean that people might be disappointed if they are hoping for this device (or those like it) are going to help them achieve a radically different, beach-ready body at lightning speed. When used in conjunction with a mindful intake of healthful foods (with great attention paid to macronutrients and vitamin intake) and whatever kind of physical exercise is available to the user, it seems to really maximize the results you may be hoping for.Personally, I love this product, and when speaking with my wife, who is a physician, she seems every bit as optimistic about how these two fitness belts are going to factor into our day-to-day fitness routines. 10/10, couldn't be happier with these.

Let’s see if it works
I need to lose some weight and tighten stuff me muscle areas and I got this device to help. It feels odd when it makes your muscles contract. The instructions are easy to follow and the price wasn’t too high. I have used it about 4 days and still waiting to see some changes. I am giving it 5 stars for workmanship and all the puces that were included. I will update the review later on after I have used it for some time.

It works.
Big upgrade over my old ab stimulator! No more messing with those sticky gel pads - a quick spritz of water is all it takes. Plus, the material feels much more comfortable on my skin. My only gripe is the included extension belt. It's a bit harder to work with, and for the $130 price tag, a longer and more secure belt would have been nice. Overall, a significant improvement with the water-based system and comfortable material.
