Exactly as advertised. Excellent dual temperatures, nice look, and decent capacity. The fan runs all the time, but for a small refrigerator, that is not too bad.

The unit is nice and works well for us, but sometimes the drink side door bounces open and you don't notice it for hours. The drinks get hot and it runs hard to catch up. We've tried every adjustment. But the best thing is to just check it often.

I purchased a counter height wine fridge from Wine Enthusiasts (N’Finity Pro 24”) for my newly constructed home and hoped to get a reliable, problem free product that would provide reliable service for many years.This did not happen. Approximately two years after the fridge was installed (Purchased Dec 2020; Installed March 2021), I discovered that it had a slow water leak that seriously damaged my hardwood floors. See attached photos.I contacted Wine Enthusiasts and explained the damage caused by their defective product and provided detailed pictures. I was told by Keanna O. that the fridge’s “warranty” and “return window” had expired and “Wine Enthusiast will not be able to assist.” Also, I was told “thank you for being a Wine Enthusiast customer” and to “have a great day.”I am waiting for the price to have my floor repaired and refinished.Conclusion: My Wine Enthusiast fridge was NOT a premium product; it did NOT meet expectations for a top price; and Wine Enthusiast service will NOT go the extra mile for a customer.

Looks nice, and works really well - keeps beer and water very cold on the right and wine at the right temperature on the left.

Within the first six weeks, the beverage cooling unit stopped working. It was downhill from there, as customer service for Wine Enthusiast is awful. They do not return calls as promised. They also state the written warranty is not their policy when purchasing this unit through Amazon.It took several weeks to get a tech to come out. He stated the unit was reparable. A day after he left, the wine cooling unit stopped working.This process started in September. It is now December and we still do not have resolution. We have an inoperable beverage center, however.I took the issue to Amazon since that's where we purchased it. The window for return had closed. Despite the documented issues, Amazon would not authorize a refund.

We went with this model due to the 30 inch width fitting an existing opening and the style of the doors. I don't really care to see sodas and beer so the closed right door was a nice design choice.The only criticism is that it seems to run a lot and is louder than a normal fridge. I don't know if this is standard for wine fridges but it is definitely audible from other rooms.The unit is also a tad wider than 30 inches so plan accordingly.
