improved liver function with milkthistle & careful diet
Milk thistle. People have mentioned that they get no taste from making a tea from the seeds. It is best to ground them up in a blender, them use a table spoon of seeds and a cup of water & simmer them on a very low heat or put them in a cup & add boiled water, cover & allow to steep for 15 mins or more. the seed grounds sink to the bottom so no need to strain. Research diet for the liver & make the necessary changes, you will be rewarded with much more energy, a mind that work & is not forgetful, better sleep, reduced adverse histamine reactions, resolution of gut issues. Repairing a damaged or fatty liver can take up to a year, but with a clean diet & milkthistle you will begin to see improvents within a month -be patient.

If you're just wanting Organic Milk Thistle seeds for Tea I do recommend these. I've bought a few different brands before and they were ok but these are the best i've found and will be buying them again. I personally recommend using a mortar and pestle to lightly brake up one teaspoon of seeds before use and a porcelain one cup teapot to stew them in (most hold 1 pint) , then pour through a tea strainer.
