This may sound weird coming from a guy, but a friend recommended this derma roller and said it really helped clear his skin from sun spots and dullness. I suffer from hyperpigmentation and my skin looks like it could use a boost to look healthy. Great Product for Men with Sensitive Skin
When I first saw this I was a little skeptical. I was wondering, “what can this product do for me?” However, after using it — even for a week — I can say that I like what I am seeing and am now anxious for how things will be month from now. Major Skin Improvement

Effective and Nice Looking Little Roller
My wife bought this derma roller and used it with her face cream and she noticed smoother and fresh facial skin after a few weeks! She convinced me to buy one even thoughI have a really sensitive skin, but with the right face cream combination and gentle strokes of the derma roll my face has been shinning since. You just have to be consistent to see changes to your skin. I use it 2-3x a week. Very clean and elegant design.

Not real needles!
I didn't do my homework on this product so that's my fault. This product does not have real, medical grade needles. Instead, it has metal wheels with little spikes, which is why it's so cheap. Please don't use a derma roller with metal spikes on your face. Spend a little more and get a real derma roller that has medical grade needles. Learn from my mistake!

So far, so good!
I've only used it a few times so far, so can't say I've seen great results yet. I think this will really help my serum soak into my skin for better absorption. Will use consistently for a month and re-evaluate!
