This item was purchased for a trip to Europe . The card did not work. Followed all directions and nothing. Do not buy this sim card. Complete waste of money. Does not work in London or in Ireland as advertised. You won't know until you get to that country that the card is complete junk. By then you won't be able to return it. Working with Amazon to get my money back.

We purchased this SIM card for a 3.5 week trip to Spain. After registering the card and appropriate info (well in advanced), we arrived in Spain, but in card(iPhone), entered pin, and simm worked as promised. If you turn phone off then on, you will need to enter sim pin (comes with SIM card), so keep it with you in a safe place. I would recommend highly.

Easy to set and good coverages

I purchased this for a one week stay in Northern Ireland at the end of December/early January. It arrived in time for my trip and I followed the instructions to register the sim. You don't know that it won't work until you are in country and have no way to call for tech support. I had to find a WiFi connection in order to make a call which defeats the purpose of the sim in the first place. I was moving around and didn't always have the WiFi from one day to the next. You are better off getting in country and going to the carriers store and signing up for a pay as you go and canceling it before you leave. It was an $18 lesson.

It was my first time ordering a SIM card for traveling to Portugal. It worked smoothly. One tip, bring the package with you that contains pin #. I restarted my phone several times, without pin #, it would be a problem. overall, I recommend the product. I will purchase it again for my next international trip.

The registration website was faulty, making these unusable. Had to return.

It was so easy to get off of the plane and set up phone. It took less than 5 minutes to set up and we had data and service for our 10 day trip.

Not consistentActivated ok. Then stopped working. Who wants to deal with this when you’re traveling. Ending up just roaming on AT&T cuz the hassle was not worth it

I bought this card for our trip to Europe on a cruise. It worked perfectly in our trip to UK, Spain, Portugal and France. Data speed was pretty good. Only thing it didn't work in the nights when we were in deep sea. For those, we had 300 minutes wifi included in our package from the cruiseline. We were even making video calls back to Canada. I even watched a 3 hour live cricket game while I was in a bus in Barcelona. Only sometimes it was choppy but for the most part it worked very well. The 50 GB data for Spain was way more than sufficient. After all the usage, I could only use up less that 5 GB over a 2 week period. I would strongly recommend this card but It looks seller has raised the price. I bought it at a few bucks cheaper. If you are going to Europe, this is the card for you.

They changed the place to call in order to set it up Once I was in Europe. There was no response from the Amazon contact, and I was never able to use it.Too Complicated.

It worked just fine. You have to pay attention to the details and try to understand what needs to be done despite the instructions being written in poor English, but it worked.A big disappointment was that during the registration process they asked me to provide my e-mail address. I really don't like this.

The physical card needs to be activated by sending an email, but when I reached out to the seller, they told me they would send me a e-sim instead, the e-sim actually works well in Europe during my 16-day trip! The data is 5G in Spain and 4G in Portugal, overall very useful.

Tge simm card only worked in Egypt, did not work in Jordan
